Normally an awesome store with wonderful customer service but today the manager was very inconsiderate for the small community they are in and was over the top in communication rather than offering solutions. So disappointed in the way she handled a simple situation.

I am responding to Mike Riley’s review:I am sorry for you experience. I have been working at that store for 17 years now and we try very hard to meet everyone’s needs. We have been requiring receipts on returns due to the fact that there has been many instances of people trying to return things that have been purchased at other stores. IE: Home Depot, Menard,s, Ace, Etc. As for the propane issue, we have also have had problems with people dropping off tanks to be filled, will be back to pick up and pay. And they pick up there tanks and don’t pay for them. When a few people start taking advantage of us then we must put these policies in place. I am sorry that you had that experience and it saddens me that a few bad apples have to screw it up for everyone else.

Love this local business. Very helpful. Masks on everyone. Masks available if you don’t have one. Curbside delivery if you can’t wear a mask. Wow. Swede is doing it right. Thanks ?

I have tried to put up with the nasty customer stome service for three years. You can spend thousands there and they don’t know you. You return a$2.99 article and it’s a big deal if you don’t have a receipt. Today I forgot my wallet and asked to leave two options tanks to be filled and then pick them up later.they said we won’t fill them until you pay. Send the employees and owner to-charm school and maybe I’ll come back

Love this store as the staff is the very best!!! However Swede needs to start using social distancing inside the store. There's too many people inside the store at one time.
