First time used overheated after1 hour of mowing. Called warranty service at altoz. Wayne said he would send me a new hydraulic gear pump cap. I tried it and same thing happened. All oil leaked out of the resavore again. Three times used three times overheated. Service manual I received was not very helpful. Contact info for company needs work. Customer service needs work. Every time I have used this mower it over heated the oil and leaked out. I will say that the mower cuts very well. I now have to stop every hour so the oil can cool down. 25000 for a mower you would think altoz would like to take care of you. All information I have seen from advertisement is a 36 month warranty, but when I registered my machine I only get 1 year. It tells me that the manufacturer doesn't have much confidence in there equipment or false advertising. I have a video of the machine overheating but not able to post. I wished they would have given me a technical manual so I can try and fix the problem myself because I have lost trust with altoz. Served 24 years in the military and never thought I would be treated like this. Don't know what Wayne's job is but he would never work for me or make it in the service with such piss pour attitude for customer service.

I own and operate multiple businesses including rental property, landscaping, and an automotive repair garage. I have had my landscaping business since 2015. This current year of 2022 I purchased two Altoz TRX 766 to help grow and expand. We’re currently operating a total of four zero-turn machines.Even though we had a bad drought this season the lawn mowing alone brought in over $40K. However, the Altoz didn’t play much of a role in that income. One of the TRX 766 was only used for May and June and has been broken down at the dealer ever since. It’s had just about every issue you can think of: broken sprocket to drive the tracks, several bolts loosening up and breaking related components, transmission leaks from the Hydrogear transmission, and parking brake sensor failure.Due to all the issues, I have found the dealers for Altoz to be few and far between. All have a severe lack of training or familiarity with the machines, hence my machine being inoperable for the last five months. Upon contacting Altoz it has become apparent they do not stand behind their equipment or care if the dealers are doing the right thing. I might add that it is not just me having these issues. Roughly 20% of Google reviews reflect the same extreme failures with no company backing while the equipment is still under full warranty.I chose Altoz because they boast about being made in America, and that is important to me as a National Guard service member. But if you are a landscape professional, do yourself a favor and stay away from this manufacturer. These machines are over-priced and the company does not care to stand behind their products. The representative from Altoz I have been dealing with is more concerned with protecting the inadequate dealer than the business owner that has been losing money for months.Also, for frame of reference I live in northern New York with lots of very steep terrain and my Bobcat Predator Pro will go everywhere these track machines go. Save yourself thousands on cost and go with a good reliable machine that’s already established, has quality dealers, and performs just the same.

Altos is the best lawn mower I have ever owned, bar none. Comfortable on bumpy lawns and cuts like it has razor blades under the deck. Great buy.

My Altoz TRX 610i is literally a “Beast”! I have the rough cut deck with the swing blades and I clear +1 acre pasture land for new home construction. Mesquite trees! No problem! I can clear a one acre 12 inch tall coast pasture in under an hour. The TRX never has to worry about flats from thorns, getting stuck on wet ground, or drifting on sides of sloping ground. And with two 7 gallon gas tanks, I can work all day.

Amazing Mower! 5 years in and have never regretted this purchase! I used a couple of other brands at some neighbors homes, helping them out and WOW! am I spoiled with my Altoz! No comparison to the JD brand or the KBu Brand... seriously, I’ll never use another brand again, love this Zero Turn Mower!

All I can say is wow! Phone pictures don't do this justice for what this mower can do. We have a small ski hill that has some really tall weeds and has a pretty decent incline. The Altoz mower not only looks like a tank but performs like one too. It absolutely obliterated the 6-foot-plus high weeds like a hot knife through butter. I can't stress enough of how having the right tool for the job makes a world of difference. In the past, mowers we've used couldn't get the job done with this high quality of performance, and it literally took half of the time.

I bought mine in August 2019. So far it is the best mower I have ever had. It doesn’t tear up the yard anymore than a wheeled one and a very smooth ride. Hills are no match for this mower. Side mows like a dream.

By far the worst mower I've ever bought in my life mower deck fell off while I was cutting front forks bent and cracked belts break Non-Stop my frame is now cracking gas gauge had broke three times and now dealing with gas leaks, and I don't even have 200 hours on this mower. This mower cost my company money. Customer service "A JOKE", ANY GOOD REVIEW WAS PAID FOR...

Have got 1 full season on my XE 610 HD K27 S.S. Accumulated 44 hours running time. Dependable & smooth running, especially with the independent front suspension. Amazed at the fuel consumption tho. Filled the fuel tanks, ran each down below half, refilled and divided running hours by gallons to refill. 0.8 gallons/running hour. Expected it to use more fuel considering a 27 H.P. engine driving a 61" deck!
