MVTV is totally AWESOME! After paying huge $$$$ to my provider for 9 years, I switched and I'm so happy I did. I get to talk to a real "human being" when I call the office and the technician is right here and an awesome guy! Cable isn't the way to go this day and age, if you have another choice. Reasonable internet is very limited in rural areas so it's not always easy to find someone else. I'm sure happy that I found MVTV!

This is is great as long as they're open. However the minute they close it stops and it takes anywhere from 5 minutes to half an hour to come back. There's no after hours number to call so from 5pm to 2am I watch streaming in 10 minute increments. We have an orbi wifi6 system and all our devices connect ot it very well. The tech has come out and said our system is working perfectly so the problem must be with them. This connection is not worth the $79 they charge. I've gone to just connecting my at&t. With 2 bars it's far more reliable then this isp.

1 star is even alot. We have had nothing but issues since we went with MVTV for internet. It's always 2 thing after another we have their highest speed and still can't watch TV and be on a laptop without it going out so then we have to Hotspot a phone to be on computer. This is the most worthless service we have ever had. We even have 2 pods and that doesn't help. The lady in the billing department is not very professional when talking with customers. Yes, I take off auto pay since we have issues and they never will prorate for services.And for her to tell me that we haven't had issues really.. maybe she should maybe look instead of assuming. And again she always reminds you it's month to month well then get it working properly. And maybe have it where we can put checking info in ourself on website for payment.Not being able to call after hours for outages and have to sit and wait until next business day and if it happens to be a weekend you are out of luck until Monday.The only decent person I have spoken with is the tech. He truly is the only one that trys his best to figure it out.

Great service, really nice employees that don't stop until something is solved or setup correctly, and fast internet speeds even in the middle of nowhere! This is the only service that we can get out to our house that ISN'T slow! I would really like to know if port forwarding is allowed so I can put my web server on the Internet ?

Very frustrating, service tech out and fixed our service and now it is down again. I don’t know what is happening but Now it is the weekend and no service until Monday and no change in my bill.

I constantly have to call to get them to fix my Internet. There are never any billing problems just service problems on their end. Their customer service lady just continues to repeat herself over and over saying, "This is a month to month service.. this is a month to month service"I asked her what it meant and she wouldn't answer me so I said does that mean even if you don't provide any service I have to pay and she said yes.That is horrible and completely unethical.

Basically can't go 5 days of uninterrupted service. Once went 16 days without any internet. That was the only time I ever had my bill prorated to reflect downtime, but a few weeks later they "had to send a technician out" and guess how much that cost? #GotTheirMoneyBackI would not recommend them to anyone. If you have 2 options, go with the other company.P.S. Posting this from my phone because my service is down again.*** UPDATE: They really hate 1 star reviews. They offered me a free month of service and to have a tech come and inspect everything to make sure it's all good. The tech decided to move the antenna to "get better reception". Photos of new install included and, you guessed it, now I am without service again. It's pretty sad that MVTV WIRELESS reads these Google reviews after hours but can't be bothered to answer the phone.
