Never answered the phone nor responded to either of my messages, tried to walk in book an appointment and they basically encouraged us to go somewhere else. If they don't want the business I will gladly go somewhere else and never look back, if I could give 0 stars I would. Very unprofessional.

Tori is the young woman who has this salon and SHE LISTENS and I love that about her!!! when I tell her what I'd like done to my hair I never walk out disappointed!!!! Highly recommend her. I have used her for many years!!!
