“Very thorough very compassionate, Update: this place messed up 2 appointments and after bringing 2 cats there, they claim I am not in their system. Brain dead people! I’m taking my kitten to Arrowhead next Tuesday. Update: Arrowhead is the best. My kitten is getting spayed next week! 1/26/24: my sweet kitten was spayed at arrowhead on Tuesday. She’s doing great. And the charge was under $400. Arrowhead is awesome. Goodbye Grand Rapids Veterinary Clinic! Your waiting time sucks”
