Grand rapids pharmacy's are lines and problems galore I seem to always have issues with them better luck to you ?

Was five short on a controlled narcotic medication. Called them and they confirmed it as they had five extra, it was the supervisor that answered and not the pharmacist that filled my prescription thank goodness as I believe she was pocketing them. I did go back and they gave me the five I was missing which I was grateful for. i haven’t seen that same pharmacist there since I called. Other than this incident and my count being off many times, I believe it was just the pharmacist that was bad, they’ve always been good to me besides that!

Absolutely a joke. They tell you meds are ready when they aren’t. We try to take one trip a month into get meds and it ends up being 3 or sometimes 4 trips because they can’t get their information straight. Choose any pharmacy but this one.

The staff are especially kind friendly and helpful from Pharmacists to Associates at the drive thru and checkouts. They go the added extra mile. They manage my medications well.

We came to get our Covid-19 vaccines here and I have to admit, I was shocked! Our service was EXCELLENT! From the arrows in the entrance bringing us to the pharmacy check in area, check-in process, vaccine delivery, and the chairs in the aisles for us to wait our 15-20 minutes post procedure. Our staff was knowledgeable and friendly (even writing down the places we had to visit while in Grand Rapids). All of our questions were answered during our visit, and gave us our written instructions and Vaccine Record Card before we left. Thank you for making our vaccine experience a positive one Thrifty White Pharmacy!

Prompt service, courteous and friendly staff, very comfortable, clean and reassuring environment without the headache of an overpacked, overwhelmed and over it waiting area full of patrons. They have my medications done from the time I call to the 20 mins it takes me to get there. Their Pharmacists and Manager should offer a two week training course to Walgreens it would be the best decision the company ever made. To summarize, It is everything that Walgreen's is not.
