I will never forget how desperate I was to find out what was wrong with my dog. I had been seeing a different vet in Hibbing for years. We were seen for over a year with my dogs symptoms. I spent $100's of dollars. I called Grand Rapids Vet and the receptionist was pleasant her empathy towards me and my situation was heart warming. I took an urgent care appointment. I finally got the answer I had been looking for!! I was skeptical at first but after a week of meditation my dog was back to normal. Several years later it was the end of life for my 16 year old dog. The compassion for our situation made things peaceful. I got a new dog a year after and I couldn't think of going anywhere else. I am grateful for all the workers who have helped us. ??

They were able to fit me in last minute as my kitty was in distress, and I didn't want him to be uncomfortable all weekend. Luckily we had a good outcome.

GRVC and its staff are dear to me after 8 years as a patron and 7 pets with them. They've been with me through new puppy exams, adoption exams, emergencies, surgeries, chronic illnesses, scary diagnoses, and end of life care. I've seen many, if not all, of the physicians over the years and know I can trust the staff, techs, and front of house staff with the best care.

They were able to get my dog in the same day I called, when no other vets on the range were available. The staff were incredibly kind, and even called a week later to see how my dog was doing. The vets were knowledgeable and the facility was clean and easy to find.

I've been taking my cats here for 2 years now and won't go anywhere else. They don't push unnecessary procedures or tests on me or my pets and do their best to recommend affordable products. Everyone is very nice and treat my pets very well. One of our cats is very timid but does very well with the staff here. 2 years ago, when I had to put down one of my cats, they were all very kind to me, explained the whole process very well, gave me all the time I needed with her afterward and followed up with a sweet card. ?
I will continue to bring my pets here as long as we live in northern MN! ?

While vacationing 400+ miles from home, one of our dogs suffered an injury. GRVC made time to see her on very short notice. They communicated with our vet at home, and took time over two days to make sure our girl was very well taken care of. Upon returning home we made an appointment with our vet, and he was very impressed with the care Berkley received at GRVC. I could not recommend GRVC highly enough.

They are the town clinic, and this town is old, so of course they have 50+ years experience, but that doesn't mean anything
In fact, claiming those 50+ years is cheeky if you ask me. Anyways, by the time you get an appointment, your animal will either be dead, or it will be too late to cure them.

Caring, friendly, informative . Took our ill dog in when all others were not taking "new patients " and ultimately helped him over the rainbow Bridge. Our 3 current fur kids are under there wonderful care. Highly recommend.
