I went back to Rivertown Furniture expressing my concerns. They took that mattress back on warranty and and I received a different mattress of my choice. I especially like that they will deliver the unit from the showroom floor - so the piece of furniture you liked is exactly the one you get. “Kyle & Rich were very friendly, knowledgeable & helpful. We needed the furniture fast, and were so happy to find out we could get it delivered the same day. Then when they delivered, we realized that during our long distance move one of the hooks had come off the bedrail, and Kyle was quick to say he had one on the truck and fixed it quickly so the new mattress could be put in place. “I love Target! Gotta support our Minnesota businesses. The addition of order pickup in store or drive up has been a game changer for me and helps me add things to my grocery order throughout the week so I don’t forget anything. But I also enjoy wandering the aisles to see what’s new. This store is always clean (restrooms too) and the Target Team is always friendly and helpful. Greg the cashier always has a new dad joke for you if you’re lucky enough to end up in his checkout line.”

“I cannot say enough good things about this store and its staff so really, I will see this short. During the COVID pandemic quarantine, I need produce and supplies, so I made the drive to Grand Rapids to get what I wanted. I was BLOWN away by how organized this store was and how incredible the staff was overall. I did spot a couple of lazy young ladies standing around talking while someone near them was working the clothing but really the rest of the visit was great. The store had it easy to maintain spacing among the shoppers and you could see team members constantly moving around and cleaning. They had very regular overhead announcements talking about keeping the customers and staff safe and reminding everyone to keep a distance of 6 feet. anyway, always appreciated this store before and this visit only cemented my opinions. Thank you Target!”
