“This place has always been a staple of the South side of pokegama. Now that Tike's meat is there, it's the best store in the area. Nobody wants to start a camping trip or a lake day without stopping here first.”

“Great u-haul service. Cheapest propane refills in town at $16 per 20 pound tank. I have filled up to 100 pounds tank. They also sell pre-made sheds and snack. Sadly they no longer carry petrol / unleaded gas.”

“New owners, slowly changing things. Gas pumps are easily 45 years old. Smells like bait. Register your wild game or pick up your license. Don't go for the coffee, but they do have a smallish market of basic food necessities.”

“People are always talking about Quik-Trip this and Kum-n-go/Maverick that. Those fools have never had Casey's pizza. It has been some time since I lived in the mid-west but I will always look fondly to those days if only for (besides Steak-n-shake being actually good out there) my taken-for-granted access to Casey's. Casey's in general, including this location, are otherwise bog-standard convenience stores, but that friggin pizza still hits. The first time I was in here, the lady in front of me took like 5 minutes to do 1 minutes worth of just paying for something which was almost frustrating, but i knew my reward for waiting was Casey's pizza. The second time I was in there the clerk was an underage girl who was entirely too flirty, but I was waiting on my Casey's pizza and too intent to enjoy that to be distracted. The next time I was in I couldn't tell if the clerk was debilitatingly high or just not able to enunciate, but i had Casey's pizza to purchase, but i also grabbed the highly advertised spicy chicken sandwich. Let's just say Casey's should stick to what they know, because that chicken sandwich was CHEAP meat, the kind of chicken you cant bite through and then after getting through the membranous outside of the meat, sort of jelly-like inside, but the pizza was still everything you could hope for. The last time I was here it was the same clerk as time 3, but he was well in command of his english this time; the pizza still smacked. I tried the Casey's exclusive Mountain Dew "Overdrive", and it was alright. The claim is that Overdrive is like Livewire with lime, mango and strawberry, but it is really Livewire with a hint of mango. Not bad, not great. My last visit I tried the Mountain Dew with Goji and Strawberry and that was a friggin sleeper hit, kept me awake on a 7 hour drive with good taste to boot. Casey's pizza is cheap and greasy and amazing, gives all other gas stations a run for their money.Parking: Ample parking and easy.”

“A convenient store with gas pumps on a large lot on busy hwy 2 seems to be mostly a Minnesota and Wisconsin chain of stores to compete with the Kwiker. Can't miss the green and yellow scheme, the pumps will ask questions before you can refuel. I am not sure why all these stations in upstate Mn ask so many questions..and again guys, no I am not a member and don't have a card!Inside we have the usual clean well organized convenience store with plenty of take out options hot or cold. It's really getting hard to tell Lucky Seven from Holiday from Cenex from Caseys, you get the idea. At least we know what to expect. If you think they are all clean and look the same, travel to a southern state, like Oklahoma and stop in to a Circle K, whoa not in Minnesota anymore.”
