Took my mom and 2 kids camping 2 1/2 hours away from home. Car started having battery/alternator issues 10 miles away from campground. Went to NAPA and they were amazing!! Great customer service, super helpful advice and we made it home safely! They saved the day!

I had a flat tire in Grand Marais & being from IL, I called Napa (within sight of my car) to get the name of someone to change the tire. They were so helpful in getting me the name & number of a local tow service.
