Walked in with what i thought was a rock lodged in my breaks. Steve took a look and found it to be a bad wheel bearing and promptly got it fixed with in a couple of hours. Huge thanks because i am 4.5 hours from home and wouldn't have made it far with how bad it was...

Brought our car in on short notice. Had a repair done elsewhere and it started making a knocking noise when we got up here for vacation. Steve got us in fast and fixed it quick and cheap. Can't thank them enough.
Busy place too. A lot of regulars coming and going. They told us we picked the right spot while we were waiting.

Had a flat tire on the Gunflint Trail... they fixed my tire, put it back on my truck, and put the spare back under my truck for $44 dollars. Unbelievable service. They told me at least 45 minutes to even get to look at it. ALL DONE IN 45 MINUTES...AWESOME!! Saved my vacation.

Took my truck in wouldn't start. Changed a fuse, said they checked the fuel pump it was good. 216$ Didn't even make it out of grand marais and it died again. Changed the fuel pump myseldlf literally the only thing they said they checked and was good and now no problems. Thanks a lot for the help Steve.

Definately recomend if your from out of town with minor car problems. I started having problems with my brakes grinding and the start of my vacation while touring in the area. They got me in the next day and were reasonably priced. I was expecting Grand Marais prices but were about the same as I would pay at home. Fast service as well it only interrupted one and a half hours of my stay.

Very happy with the service I received. I had a failed bearing on the boat trailer and called them around 2pm on Friday afternoon. By the time I was able to get towed to the shop it was around 4:30pm. They were the only repair service in Grand Marais that even answered the phone (so the bar was set pretty low lol) but I was not disappointed as they were able to get me in right away. They made the repairs the same day and did an excellent job. I was extremely thankful as they stayed LATE on a Friday afternoon to get the job done and I was able to continue my camping trip relatively unaffected. Outstanding work guys! It cost $11.87 to refill my 5lbs propane tank that usually costs around $5.The explanation was something in the vein: “you can afford it”I pulled up in my 18-year-old minivan ;-)
