They sent an email with approximate time. I then received a confirmation phone call that morning with a time frame for arrival. The technician was prompt, very curious, and helpful. They did a great job.

The gentleman who did the work did it quickly and well and got me in right away. I was hoping the ding in the windshield would diminish in appearance more, but I understand a patch up only can smooth it out a bit and keep the ding from spreading to a big crack. So I would say he did the best he could.

The experience was painless. The repair person came to our house, fixed our windshield and was gone. He even had a rain plan. I feel badly I didn't get his name, he was kind, courteous, and efficient. Highly recommend!

I arrived at the Hibbing City Auto Glass store a few minutes early and Seth was there to greet me and guided me into the garage. He told me when my pickup would be ready and he beat that by a few minutes. Good old fashioned Customer Service! Thank you, Seth?

I specifically requested an OEM windshield, it of course took a little longer to get in than another windshield would have, but that is what I actually received. When I arrived for my appointment, I went to the shop as opposed to having a mobile installation, the shop had actually sent my windshield with a van for a mobile installation elsewhere. The van was asked to return immediately, though I was given the option to return the next day if I wished. I was given a loaner vehicle to run errands, this was after work. The crew was very professional and nice on top of that. The Mankato, MN facility was wonderful.
