Hands down the best box I've ever dropped in at. Friendly, encouraging people; challenging workouts with new ways of explaining movements; very clean; LOTS of equipment and space; many classes to choose from; lots of shirts, hats and sweatshirts to buy. Highly recommend! If I lived here, I'd be a member.

dropped in while visiting Winona- the workout was fantastic and the sequence hit our whole body. instructor was so friendly and had us totally comfortable from the first moment. the owner was very knowledgeable and we stayed after class for about 20 minutes because he was great to talk to. would def reccomend
