“Full service! If ever a gas station counted as a cultural treasure, this is it. Merv, aged 92 at writing, has pumped gas here since 1962, if memory serves. (Forgive me, but I seem to have misplaced my notes from my recent visit.) His sons own the place now, but he still comes out to pump gas for his customers, although he reportedly doesn't climb up onto 18-wheelers (which he can, indeed, accomodate nicely) to clean customers' windshields anymore. Very well worth a visit -- utterly unforgettable. Offers scissor sharpening services as well. I look forward to visiting again.”

“For a long time I had lost hope in this store, but after paying my dues working in this town and nearby stores for over 15 years, for this corporation, I couldn't give up hope that one day it would come around. This evening gave me a glimpse of that hope back! Darell, the young man in the kitchen, said it was his 2nd day on the job. He admitted to incorrectly making my pizza, however as soon as he realized it he immediately began a new pizza to fulfill my correct order! He was prompt an courteous and let me know that it was going to be just a few more minutes due to his error. His pizza was exactly what we ordered!
