Go elsewhere . Wells Fargo is terrible . Won’t exchange a $100 bill for 100 $1s without the account number . Poor customer service all around

They never answer the phone when you call.The atm doesn’t work half the time. We usually end up driving to Plymouth or Maple Grove to get the help we need.Not even sure why this location is still open. Nothing but problems.

The worst experience i received in a wells Fargo bank I'm a customer of Wells Fargo about 5 years now and Im loyal to Wells Fargo because of the excellent customer service that most of the employees provided but today i have one of the most shocking worst experiences ever i will never come back here id rather drive 15 min more than come here , I came to change a broken bill that they give me and the teller refuse to it then manager comes rude and said we cant accept this bill , bill that you gave me and said sir we could argue all day if you want with all attitude i went to a gas station and changed with no problem what kind of employees work there I hope this doesnt get lost and Wells fargo will take action about this because this is unnaceptable

I've been with Wells Fargo for 25 years with no issues. On 12/9 Wells Fargo allowed fraudsters to wire 21500.$ out of my business account in a moments time. I caught it almost immediately. Wells Fargo claims the money is gone. Now they denied my claim stating I did it or shared my bank info- I did not. I've never done a money wire. Each time I call Wells Fargo for answers is like starting fresh. Now I'm waiting 30 days for a packet of evidence and I asked them to re open the investigation. They are treating me more like a suspect then a customer. Meanwhile I wait and wait. I will update this review when I receive my "evidence packet".

So the lady tells me there are no further appointments for a banker today. But the couple after me we taken to her office in which she was a banker just didn't want to help. Pathetic and picking and choosing. Will be moving all accounts from WF! Absolutely the worst service.

I had the pleasure of meeting with Susmita to discuss opening two new bank accounts. Susmita made me feel at ease giving me all the options and discussing all parts of the process. She gave me a direct timeline when to close my old accounts, when I can expect a new debit card, and more. I was feeling very anxious about this process, but Susmita made me feel calm and capable. If you are heading to this bank I would highly recommend talking to this banker! She made me feel comfortable in the moment and confident for all my future banking needs.

I really should just find a new bank. Convenient how some very random service charges appear after the account for my small business had been established and going. Very disappointed these were not disclosed as I was establishing the account. Had a sense the personal banker I had to sit with to open the account was inexperienced and unaware of all the product options and the fees associated.

Most user unfriendly of any bank I have used. They and their employees will go out of their way to make banking an unpleasant experience. Refusal to accept second party checks and accusing customers of engaging in criminal activities is just one example of their customer service. Fortunately I was not part of their fictional accounts or line of credit cancellation and cannot wait transfer my accounts to a friendlier bank.

June 30th 2021, was in your bank about 11:30 or so. Had three or four questions the questions were answered entirely and even developed a fourth question. One person behind the counter inside. Wasn't very busy. She was most helpful most courteous and completed explanations for me. Excellent job. Been a customer there since the early 70s, never had a bad experience, truthfully.??

I sometimes bring my paper checks from my employer that is from Wells Fargo to your guys's bank to get it cashed. They always let me do it for free being that I only do it once in a Blue Moon but this time they said a $7.50 feet from this specific location. Do not go here stick to your regular Wells Fargo locations.

If I could give this bank a 0 I would. Worst customer service ever. They charge outrageous prices for everything. Mercedes is a teller there! Absolutely the most disgusting person I have ever met in my 24 years doing business with Wells Fargo! Well I'm done. No more mistreatment from a conglomerate bank that takes people for granted!
