DON'T HAVE PHOTO PROCESSING WORK DONE HERE!!!! Turned in 4 rolls of film. 3 were screwed up and the fourth wasn't my photos. Walgreens was my go to place 20 years ago but now they just don't care. Also wasn't told that I wouldn't receive my negs back. Why would they keep them? Granted a digital CD is better but still why would you want a place to be able to print ur properly and keep personal information and pictures.I worked in the photography department processing film during college so understand how film is processed. Never during my 5 year have I seen a customer receive all four rolls back with no legible pictures.

We had an amazing experience with Diamond, after needing to exchange our old passport photos. She helped us in retaking them and telling us how to position our head in the camera.Thank you so much Diamond

I was so thankful for Patrick who works at this Walgreens location today! I was looking for meds for my child and had been coming up short in finding it for days. I called this location to inquire about the medication and proceeded to call back another two times due to our doctor calling in the wrong info. All three times that I talked to Patrick, he was friendly, helpful, and understanding about the frustration of our experience. This very complex experience was made so much better by Patrick's customer service - thank you from the bottom of this mama's heart, Patrick! - Amy

I wanted to share this because I thought it was really odd, unfriendly and very rude. I had seen the doctor in Sept or Oct and in the end she renewed my meds. With that, I brought in an empty bottle this past Sunday and the Pharmacist took it saying I have to call the doctor, just so I come back in a 2 or 3 days. Instead he should have said "Would you mind coming back tomorrow" I am tied up right now. So I go in Tuesday to pick it up and I am waiting and waiting and finally I ask the Pharmacist working if I can get my meds, someone will be with you in a moment. I am having 2nd thoughts about coming here and very bad customer service!

I’ve been trying to pick up a prescription for over a week. It’s Saturday at 9:15, there’s no pharmacist here and the folks working say it probably won’t open today. Too bad for people who need their meds I guess. Absolute joke

I come to this Walgreens all the time because it’s close to my home. Lately, they’ve been opening the store 15 mins late, with customers standing outside. One morning, a woman unlocked the doors and I asked if she was the only one in the store. She said, “No, we’re not going to rush to open the store because there’s a few people waiting outside, not going to happen.”It was almost 8:20am and 20 degrees, wow! This location can do better.

Very very rude in the pharmacy I don’t think I’ve ever dealt with someone with such a nasty attitude. Not sure what this girl’s name is but she’s absolutely horrible at her job. Do better ?

Absolutely garbage pharmacy and service. Never have stock, provides misinformation, does not double check, causes extra headaches. Avoid their pharmacy. Run by a bunch of inexperienced clowns in gowns. Changing my pharmacy over to CVS

Has a friendly pharmacy. Never had a problem here. Some of the negative reviews here are hard to believe.

*****Pharmacy Experience*****Just submitted this letter through the Walgreens customer service portal about the pharmacist Lily Zelixon who works at this location.Good day, I am writing this note to file a complaint with service my son and I received attempting to fill a prescription. My son, 20, recently visited Urgent Care for a bacterial infection in his tonsils. When he attempted to fill the prescription at our local Walgreens, the pharmacist treated him rudely and due to her ineptitude with updating insurance information, she sent him away without filing. I called the pharmacy and I was all treated rudely on the phone and given the discomfort my son was in, I was ready to pay out of pocket for the cost and resolve the insurance information later. An option she did not present to him for resolution and it was not something my 20 year old would have known to ask. As we live less than 5 minutes from the store, I drove up and met my son who was waiting for me in the car. When I went to the pharmacy with my son, Ms. Zelixon apparently had solved her error and continued her rude treatment when we were both at the window. I did not at all thank her for resolving as it was her issue to solve. My son has had coverage for prescriptions under my medical insurance which recently switched. My son presented both cards to the pharmacist and apparently, she did not posses the intelligence about your processes to correct. Needless to say, the insurance was updated and we collected the prescription.Prior to my departure from the store, I calmly asked for the store manager and reported the complaint in person. I cited: lack of professionalism, rude treatment of my son and I, and lack of knowledge in addressing insurance updates. My son and I are both black, and I feel somewhat that her mistreatment may have been related. Had I not gone up to the store physically, I feel my son would have been turned away from treatment. As a loyal customer of both the store and pharmacy I am upset by the treatment, lack of apology, and inconvenience to solve an issue on her end. Additionally, as I am able to advocate for my son I cannot help but think of the number of customers where she has treated the same and they did not have the voice to advocate.I would appreciate a response in this matter.Thank you!Ron Holloway II, Ph.D.
