I was very pleased with the staff, the DR and the place. Dalilah was greeted with big smiles and handled very gently. We go back again soon for her second set of vaccines and look forward to continue going to the great little place!”

They are very upfront and honest about pricing and treatment plan options and are great about breaking things down and talking through them with you. They also recently renovated their whole space and it is very nice!! Highly recommend!”

“I cannot begin to express how much I appreciate the staff at BluePearl. Our beloved cat Rem, 15 years old, recently became very ill and after weeks of treatment she took a turn for the worse and we had to make the heartbreaking decision to put her to sleep. The staff greeted me Sunday 6am, warmly and welcoming, as I was a complete mess. They brought me to back right away to a private room and a tech sat with me comforting me and kindly explaining everything to me once I was ready. She was caring and warm and understanding. I was again a mess, but the tech did all she could to comfort me. They gave me the time I needed and did not rush or push me. When it was time, they gently explained everything that would happen and asked if I needed anything or what they could do. She asked if she could put Rem into a coffin for us as we were taking her to a crematorium later that morning. The vet came in when it was time and was just a wonderful as the tech. He sat with me and reassured me that she wasn't suffering and that our Rem, was not hurting..my biggest fear. The team did everything to make sure Rem was comfortable in her final moments and that I was ok. They even bandaged her leg where the IV was..as a petmom..it gave me comfort at they still showed her kindness and love at the end. They put her in a sweet box coffin and wrote her name with a few hearts. I appreciate all that the staff did for us and will forever be grateful that they were there for us in our time of need.”
