Just reading Consumer Reports on customer service and reminded of how unique Velocity is. If I have a problem (which isn’t very often) I call them. A human answers and solves the problem. How rewarding is that?!

I can vouch for this company that they will and do hire people with disabilities. They do not discriminate. I have had so many other employers that made me feel extremally unwanted or uncomfortable even though I am educated and have a B.S. in computer science. Not here. They gave me a chance. They have been supportive. They hold me to the same high standards of anyone else. This company is the best company I have ever worked for. The staff have welcomed me to their company and I never have felt more comfortable in a work setting than here in my entire life. I know first hand that they also care about ALL of their customers and will go out of their way for their customers. Any negative comments on here are just from people with their own issues.

Avoid! Our internet has been out for two weeks. The centurylink backbone requires another company to get involved and fix on their timeline. Once they validate the line you are told your router is broke. Even if you purchase the router insurance there is no sense of urgency for a fix. Support staff are happy to remind you that this is a low cost service. You get what you pay for. Best wishes.Still without internet and phone.

I have been using Velocity's internet phone system for a few years and have been quite happy. I recently moved my business and Velocity made it so easy. I literally unplugged from one address and plugged into the new address. Instant service. Couldn't have been easier!

I had a decent 3 year run with Velocity but when I left them they disconnected my phone lines 1 day early and would not return calls.

I have enjoyed having Velocity Telephone and internet for 20 years, Low Price, Great customer service!!
