Executive Teresa Torres, speaks Spanish, very attentive and a great fortune for the Spanish-speaking Latin community.From the outside it seems that there is no bank, but it is located right at the Lunds & Byerlys checkout counters, it is a slightly small space compared to the other branches, but it is functional.

US Bank spams their customers. I have asked them over and over again to stop and they don't. And every time I login to their website I get "popups" trying to sell me loans or asking for my feed back. When I login to their app they are always bugging me for feedback on their app. Well here is my feedback.... STOP BEING ANNOYING!!!! I'm not logging in to your stuff for kicks!!!! I have a job to do and you are doing NOTHING but get in my way.

Staff at this branch are always pleasant, courteous, and efficient. I seldom have to wait more than one or two people in front of me, so it is close-by and very quick to use.

The two guys working this morning (11/01/2022) were fast, friendly, and even offered additional help.Pros:The main person helping me admitted to not knowing one of my questions and wasn't afraid to ask his coworker/manager for the answer.My visit included getting a new card and they gave me the chance to pick a design whereas you don't get that option over the phone. Not a big deal, but a nice bonus. He said they like to have fun [giving customers the opportunity to pick a fun design instead of a plain white card].He offered to help activate the card, setting up a custom card pin, etc. (to which I declined because I already know how to do those things).The visit was concluded with a friendly, "Alright, you're all set. Have a good rest of your day!"Although not directly related to the bank, I love the parking lot's spacing (see pictures). Every parking lot should have this type of setup, especially with vehicles that have larger than normal doors and/or people not being careful with how they swing their doors open getting in/out of their vehicle. Also, you have people like the one in the last picture. If there was only one line instead of two, the innocent car next to them would've had a harder time getting in their vehicle.Cons:There's no signage outside indicating there's a US Bank branch inside the building (Lunds & Berlys). My first time here I kept driving around thinking I had the wrong location.It was extra nerve racking because there's a lot of vehicle and foot traffic coming and going and not enough space to see customers entering or exiting the building (not the bank's fault).

I have been a US Bank personal and Commercial Customer since 1993. The service at US Bank has gone way down hill. They keep closing branches and reducing there hours. They say they have less customers, well of course you will if you limit your hours of operations.

Usbank is just terrible. They continue to raise fees while their service becomes worse and worse. Andrew Cecere is clearly incompetent.I have already removed my mortgage from them and avoid using the credit card I have with them as much as possible. I have one account that forces me to continue my relationship with this bank. But as soon as I no longer need this account I will be free. Go to any other bank and avoid the frustration!!

I went to this establishment twice and was declined helped. Their excuse was that they are a small branch. This is poor service bank.All I wanted to do was to open an account. I will be telling everyone that this company/branch is the worst and to never come back.

Funds weren't fully made available on a US bank check I deposited on Sunday July 14th 2019. Absolutely absurd. She was more worried about telling me how to use my app to deposit a check than deposit it correctly. I shouldn't need to tell them to make it fully available. Terrible customer service.

I send money through Western union and the guy made a mistake with the name. I came back the next two days but no one will help me. Everyone kept saying they don't know how it works. The Manager told me to wait, I waited for an hour and no one to help. I left. I came two different times and it was the same thing. Today I came with the intention of getting my money back now the manager wants to help, I said I never wanted to deal with him because someone else knew how to work the system. He got into his man ego and said if he don't help me, no one should and how he was going to call the police on me because I insisted that I never wanted any help from him. I left without getting the help I needed.
