Over $10 to send an 8 page fax. They charge a base fee of $2.32 for the fax, plus a dollar per additional page. It’s a fax, there’s no additional cost to them for additional pages. I get they are a business, but come on guys. Probably worth it to go elsewhere if you can.

I have used the UPS Store for personal and professional projects for over 25 years. They are such experts for printing that I use their services for my clients’ needs as well. They are always very happy. I’ve had to ship some delicate and heavy items both domestically and internationally, and the items have always arrived without any problems. It’s so nice to have such confidence in their services. And I know they are very philanthropic which makes me even happier to use them. I can’t recommend them enough.

Dylan went above and beyond in making a custom box! Before this, I had called 6-7 UPS stores to see if they could make a custom box today for a very large item. All said they could not today except this store. Not only did Dylan make a custom box, the box was so well put together and packaged I could not even tell it was custom box. This is by far the best UPS Store in the Cities and Dylan's box making skills, customer service, and kindness are worthy of praise. Thanks!

I recently sold an antique ticker machine with a fragile glass dome on eBay. I had the item professionally packaged and shipped at the UPS store in Golden Valley, MN. The device arrived to the buy intact and without any damage. The buyer, a collector of these devices, left me extremely good feedback and specifically called out the packing saying, “The packing was completely next level!”. I will use this UPS store for my packing and shipping needs in the future. Thanks to Randy and the team at the UPS Store in Golden Valley!

I LOVE this UPS store! Randy and his team go out of their to be friendly, helpful, and truly professional. They have dedicated experts in printing all kinds of media, and their packing and shipping is first-rate. I've been to many UPS stores over the years, and this one is truly the BEST!

Ty is the BEST. We needed a sign ASAP for a grooms dinner, the next day. (Due to me thinking that I had it covered) I called in the evening the day before, and he got it done for us, by noon. No hassle, looked great. It's very hard to find people like him! Thank you! Do everything you can to keep this guy!

This UPS location is quite possibly the best UPS store to ever exist. I always have a pleasant experience at this location, and the staff is incredibly helpful. I met the owner today, and I can see why this location runs like a well-oiled machine. The owner was so incredibly kind and helpful, and took the time to teach me how to use the kiosks. Thank you so much Randy for all your help today and thank you for managing such a lovely store! Golden Valley is lucky to have you!

Dropped off an Amazon return. Technically, it was "customer packaged". I had the item in a box, padded, etc... all it was missing was a single 12" piece of tape to close the top. Well, this store said it needs the tape or they can't accept it. They asked if I had packing tape in my car. Lol. Said I could buy a roll of packing tape... again, 12" needed. Said I could pay $1 for their "taping service". At the end of the day it's just $1, but what a poor policy and/or not empowering your staff to just take care of the customer. Literally squeezing every dollar out of you they can.****Changed rating to 4/5 because I appreciate the response and mean no harm to your business. I understand labor and material costs, but it was 12" of tape and took 10 seconds - you spent more time sending me a response. Every business person knows it's cheaper to keep a customer than it is to find a new one. In this case the cost was probably 5 cents. Disagree with your policy, but respect your choice. I'll give your business at try again some time.

I decided to sell some shelves that I had. So I posted them on Facebook marketplace, and I got an immediate response from a woman. She agreed to my terms which was $100 plus shipping. I looked it up online and said and it said that shipping would be about $27. She agreed to that. So I packed it all up and brought it to the UPS store. It ended up being $44, but she agreed to pay for that too so I paid for it and left the store. A little while later I got an email from Paypal saying that I needed to deposit $450 into my PayPal account so that I could do business with a business account. So I texted her and I asked her if she thought this was a scam, and she said, no, she's run into this before. So, she agreed to pay the $450 then she asked me if I got an email from Paypal saying that it was there, and I said it was, she said I want you to pay it back to my Zelle account. So I go back to the email and I notice that it's from. PayPayPaln@Gmail. So far all of the emails that I received from them look legit. They had all the logos and all the right verbiage and nothing was spelled wrong. So I went back to her and I said. "Are you scamming me?" she said, no... "You just don't wanna pay back the $450 I just put in your account." so I immediately called Paypal, and found out that no this was not a legitimate email. So far I was out $100 for the package and $44 for the shipping. So I sat there for 20 minutes about to cry, and I thought to myself maybe they haven't shipped it yet. So I called the UPS store and she said she couldn't find it right away but why don't I come on down. So I go down there, I had a picture of the box. And I had my receipts, and they looked at everything, and agreed that I was legit. There were four people working there. Three of them went back into the warehouse and searched until they found my box. After about 10 minutes I was so worried they wouldn't find it, and then, lo and behold, they walked out with my box! They refunded my $44 to my account and they gave me back my merchandise. So because of them I was able to scam the scammer! These guys are the best, they could've told me to just suck it, but they all went out of their way to help me. I called that great customer service! By the way, I reported them to Paypal, Gmail, and the USPS as mail fraud. (she gave me her bank account number, her email, her address, and her phone number - stupid scammer!)

Came in to return an Amazon item. Ava who assisted me did a great job. The Brooklyn Center location always requests a box when you return even though it clearly says no box no label needed. She took the item, scanned my QR code and printed a receipt for me. It was quick and easy like it should be.

I want to start by saying I have many positive experiences at this location, but my most recent trip to this UPS visit pissed me off.I purchased chairs from Amazon that arrived in two boxes. We opened one box, didn't love the chairs and decided to return. I initiated the Amazon return without issue and selected UPS drop off (I believe it was my only option). I lugged these two heavy boxes to UPS, got them up on the counter and then was told that the original shipping boxes were not compliant with UPS standards.. I still have no idea what they mean.. one of the boxes wasn't even opened; if it was shipped to me like that, there is no reason it can't go back the same way! They tried to get me to buy larger "unmarked" boxes to put the boxes into... super fishy.I lugged my boxes home, called Amazon and the rep said she had never heard or such an issue with UPS. She scheduled an at home UPS pick up and my boxes were picked up without any issue! That reinforced my uneasiness even more and that is why I wanted to post this review so no one else gets ropped into buying boxes for boxes.
