I recently made a purchase of a computer desk from RackFinity. Chris Stanek help with my purchase and the process was quick and went smoothly. I received the desk and additional components, however, the freight company bent one of the parts. After a brief discussion with Chris, another part was quickly shipped. The desk is perfect!

We ordered several desks for our training room for our agency from Rackfinity. They provided exemplary customer service and answered all of our questions quickly. Our desks were delivered when promised and the boxes were in pristine shape. I highly recommend them!

We needed a custom desk made for our office set up and these guys were able to get it done super quick! I told them what I was looking for, and they got back to me the next day with an itemized quote. We decided to move forward and only at few days later everything showed up! Highly recommended

Great organization. Doing a vintage project, had the rails I needed, even arranged so I could pick the parts up locally since the supplier was just up the road. Will return as I build out more tech rooms.

I was looking for a hard to find Dell Touchscreen replacement. Steve offered me an improved HP model for the same price as the older Dell I was looking for. I needed them asap, and Steve expedited the shipment. Great price, great response time. I'll definitely continue to purchase through Rackfinity.

Absolutely wonderful response time from Steve Kirchoff and the team at Rackfinity! We needed a rack last minute and Steve did everything he could to get us a rack the next day so that we wouldn't have to miss our deadline.

Absolutely superb customer service and incredibly responsive. It took me three different companies to locate and deliver the very specific monitor I was looking for at a price I wanted and Rackfinity was the only one able to step up to the plate.
