Really expensive thrift store and staff is rude. It used to be nice, but not anymore.

I was looking for assistance and Denise was the interviewer she kept answering me saying what what what I simply told her what is rude when conducting and interview she proceeded to tell me she’s not going back and forth with me she is going to conduct this interview and then that’s that .. the second call I was asking simple question and letting her know that she’s been rude she drops the phone and mid me talking and asking questions basically saying f me she should not be in the business of helping people in need it’s sad and very unfortunate she doesn’t know what ppl are going through so to have that type of attitude working in non profit is unacceptable I also reached out to her bosses several times via phone and voicemail no one dared to call me back i

This is usually one of my favorite thrift stores, and yesterday they disappointed me. I brought in a jacket I'd purchased ($18) with a broken zipper and the very unfriendly person who I spoke with offered me nothing. Fine, store policy is no returns, but when the zipper does not work (which she also argued with me about - it's definitely broken/end of life) and the store received the item as a free donation, what is the problem with letting me get store credit? Most thrift stores I shop at (I shop at many, I resell online and spend a good amount of money when I shop) are understanding about this. Now I have to just eat the 18$ ? I obviously missed checking the zipper before purchasing, but the store should check it too. I am really disappointed about this and will probably be taking my business elsewhere because of this unfriendly policy.

The people who work here are jut genuinely kind, sweet, and overall lovely individuals. The thrift store is exceptionally well organized and has a little of everything.I've needed to use the food bank as well and everyone there was super kind and helpful as well. They do not require a specific address or place limits or intense oversight upon what you choose to take which feels very nice. The process to become registered is pretty simple and I literally felt no judgement.Every time I've been to the thrift store or food bank has been a positive experience and I am very happy and thankful that Prism exists. Thank you for all you do to help people and for your kindness while doing so!!

I was crapped on by this place. These non profit organizations seem to be hiring rude mean spirited people. Denise talk to me like I was so beneath her. Then after having to keep calling to get a call back. Allison in management defended her behavior by turning me down for help. God don't like ugly and these folks are out here being down right evil.

This place saved the day for me and my people a few times now when times are tough they give you more than enough.. often have kibs & bits for the pets as well. Plus a very reasonable thrift store to assist revenue.

The most Racist, stereotype place I’ve ever encountered . Rude customer, rude comments . How can you run a business with such awful behavior like that . Never again will I go here . I only came because I was looking for affordable kid clothing options but no one deserves such awful treatment as we experienced. This is not a diverse welcoming place . One of the customers was helping me and my good ridden the cagier was so awful . We all deserve to be treated with respect regardless of what we look like or appear to look like . I’m almost 40 I’ve a baby face never go to this crummy awful place

A great thrift store with affordable prices. Right next to the food shelf. The food shelf also has pet supplies sometimes. Really helpful. Items I can actually use.

The don’t have dressings rooms open and all sales are final. In my mind you can’t have both. Either open up the dressing rooms or allow in store credit on clothing.

Best thrift store. Prices are rising it used to be very affordable there’s a definite markup on certain items that might deter shoppers mostly name brand clothes and vintage items can have a steep markup. But they do at least donate all their proceeds to their food shelf. Very well kept and clean and organized.
