Sent 3 emails & left 2 voicemails within a 3 1/2 day span to inquire about a vehicle. I got one call back halfway through that period for 10 minutes and then crickets.....I was paying cash for one of their Maserati's and just had one simple question about warranty specifics and they would've had any easy sale. Either they don't want to sell cars or their customer service needs a lot of work. I will go else where.

Not a happy Morrie's buying experience. Was misled by the general manager Juan that if I ever needed anything to come back and he'd work with me since this was my first used Maserati. I got about 20 miles on the car when the check engine light came on. Brought it back and they said it was a fouled spark plug from RPM's over 5k when it was cold which was untrue because I just drove it home and never revved the engine. They replaced the plugs and 5 weeks later it sounds like the front end is going to break in half when I turn. I called to see if they would waive the $200 diagnostic fee to take a look at it and was told no. I have barely driven the car since I bought it and purchased an aftermarket warranty for 5k from them as well so their only in it for the sale and not any support after you sign the paperwork. I'm not asking them to pay for the repairs but only take a look at it since I just purchased it. Will never recommend or buy from Morrie's again. My sales person was Rich Hajt and the general manager was Juan Martinez. Go elsewhere.

I love my car but was very disappointed with the dealership at the end of my lease. Communication was terrible. Took a month and multiple phone calls to get a sales person to return a phone call about end of lease options. Reached out by email and still no response. The response was so minimal, I thought that the dealership had closed. Very nice when you buy the vehicle, but service after the sale was terrible.

Horrible experience, handed us a car without gas to test drive and didn’t let us actually drive on the highway. As a serious buyer they didn’t entertain us at all and didn’t even ask us to sit. Very cold and unwelcoming customer service. I walked in to buy a car and because i’m younger they didn’t take me seriously. Will spend my money elsewhere.

This place is amazing, the staff is genuine, super friendly, helpful and not rude at all. I felt so at ease here, Nick Bohanon, David Remirez-Lopez, Ian Karume are phenomenal!!The General Manager Idaliz Maldonado is absolutely amazing, super nice makes the experience very simple and relaxed, stellar customer service!! The sales lady we worked with for two days sells the car I was interested in and didn’t even bother to let us know when we let her know we were on our way in to purchase it...because maybe I would settle on a different one? Just a waste of time time. Bad customer service. Bait and switch? This isn’t a Chevy
