I bought my vehicle about 5 years ago, which was a good experience, but buying a new vehicle usually is. Unfortunately I had to have my transmission rebuilt around 60000 miles which was covered by extended warranty. Easy process was fixed. Now I'm at around 80000 and my AC stopped working same thing covered by warranty had my truck in and out withing a day of dropping it off. Really easy and timely.

Honestly, I’ve always had good services performed by the team at LUPIENT. The reason for my rating is customer service. Any time I call to schedule anything the women at the front desk or anyone who answers for that matter, don’t seem like they want anyone to call. They are very curt and seem as if they would prefer you do their job for them. Even something like an oil change, I often get told “Well, we don’t have anything this week.” With a very negative tone, As if they are trying to shoo me away. My vehicle isn’t about to blow up, I don’t need an oil change or I’ll die. When I say that’s okay I can do next week, they seem annoyed that I’m not just hanging up. God forbid you ask them for something outside the bounds of what is standard. The main point is scheduling things is like pulling teeth and it often makes me feel like I should take my vehicle to another location, that way I’m not inconveniencing any of the staff.

Chris (sales manager)was excellent! He did everything to give me all the options, highlight the good and bad of each one, and guide me to what best fit my needs. He just got a lifetime costumer now!

Matt O’Brien Finance Manager was equally impressive exposing my wife and I to various options for protecting our purchase and enhancing its features! I will steer others to Lupient Golden Valley because of the quality staff you employ there! Best vehicle buying experience I have ever had!

My service advisor, Ryan Olson, was great. The fact that my vehicle went in the shop on 10/11/2023 and I picked it up on 1/30/2024 is ridiculous. After having left the dealership on 1/30/2024 I opened the back and saw two items that I had no idea what they were. After sending e-mail to Ryan with a picture he stated it was the skid plates, the magnetic tray and the red blanket that they put over fenders when they work on vehicles. I had to make an appointment and go back to the dealership so the skid plate could be installed and the tray and blanket retrieved by the tech.
