On time, thorough, clean , reception was very nice, Lauren (?) kind and pleasant easy to work with.
I like that they give video and updates and when it's ready - all being done by text.
Thank you!!

Avoid if you are a woman. I took my car in for an oil change 9 months ago and they told me at that appointment that my breaks and rotors needed to be replaced ASAP. They told me that I would kill myself if I continued to drive my car with those breaks and they were not road safe. Then they told me it would be $800 to replace them. Scam. I didn't trust their opinion so I did not get my breaks fixed and continued to drive my car. Today (9 months later) I took my car into a mechanic to have him look over the breaks. They have at least a year left on them, perfectly road safe. This dealership is scamming people know don't know better to pay outrageous prices for services they don't need. DO NOT let them give you the woman treatment.

Worst experience ever. Waste of time - buyer beware here! Force you to donate to carbon neutral to plant 75 trees, I fought that got them to waive that fee only to get hit with another document fee after we went round and round about tree planting. We agreed on vehicle cost plus tax title and license, even was going to buy a warranty - then bam they tried to sneak another $200 doc fee in! Hey - how about this - just be honest and upfront! Ever heard of that? Sorry for thinking that was sales 101! We walked away - Vehicle was over 90k too...$200 is peanuts next to that, to us its the principle! We buy lots of cars and know the game...never been treated like this! Like I said buyer beware here...dont hide costs!

I had brought my 2008 Chevy Trailblazer in several months ago to have the door actuators reprogrammed to hopefully fix only getting heat on one side of my vent system, as I was told that dealerships were the only ones who could do it. The guys working on my car had called me and said that it wasn't something to reprogram, just that it was a fuse that they could take out and put back in, so I said do it. When I got my car back, nothing had been fixed, and I was never asked if I wanted them to troubleshoot further, which I would have loved for them to do. My vehicle also came back with a constant, irritating clicking coming from inside the dashboard which was not there before. Whatever they did, they did not do it properly, or they just didn't care. I will not be returning, and I've just put up with the clicking since then.

so after waiting a week past quoted completion i notice the vehicle still has a vibration and shimmy in the front end and the steering and call and told to bring it back to the collision center. After driving all the way across the cities to drop it off im given a Kia Seoul.....one of the most stolen vehicles for vehicles and catalytic converters. When i ask about potential theft im told that i would have to submit it through my insurance to cover the cost of the vehicle replacement. I ask if there are any other loaners and am told this is all Lupient has for loaner vehicles. I left and made it a block before turning around and bringing the loaner back and explained it wasnt worth the risk and when whatever comes loose and comes apart that I'll see Lupient Nissan in court to hopefully just cover vehicle damages and not personal physical damage as well. Never doing business with anyone associated with the name Lupient ever again.......Update two days later.......Now You call and offer a different loaner vehicle and now its my fault because i dont want to drive all the way back there and waste time and gas for something Lupient should of checked before giving me the vehicle back. Maybe train your collision experts to make sure everything is how it should be before giving the customer their vehicle back. I'll be letting the Insurance company know too that the vehicle still isn't fixed and how things should proceed past that.

I drove a group up for a conference and I'm in town for literally 1 day before I drive back to Illinois. I drive a Chevy Express van 3500 and the passenger side mirror broke off in a car wash. Panicked and worried, I stopped by Lupient Chevrolet to see what they can do. They had the mirror in stock and got it replaced in 5 minutes (not exaggerating)!!! Thank you Lupient for saving the day!!!! Highly recommend this place!!!

Do not purchase a vehicle or have your vehicle serviced from this dealership. They sold us a truck with a full comprehensive warranty that actually was not "full" in its coverage when we attempted to use it. They did not stand by what was sold to us and provided terrible customer service. The head of the Service Department even tried to use Intimidating tactics and put his hand in my face. As a female, I did not appreciate this; nor should anyone. Will never set foot in this place again nor should you.

The battery on my 2016 Cascada was at the end of its service life. Three different mechanics told me It could last maybe a few more weeks. The battery could fail any day - the amps were not up to specs. Called the dealership & was told I could get a new battery for $250.00 installed. Told them that was best price by about $50.00. The Cascada takes a special battery because of the drain on electronics - especially when raising & lowering the convertible top. Picked the car up about an hour later & felt relieved. Next day looked at the credit card slip & was charged $360.00. Spoke to Ryan Olson & he asked if it was the battery in the trunk? Told him no. Is it the battery under the seat? Told him no. This was the same guy that quoted me the price of the battery prior. Told him it was the battery next to the engine. Told me I must have talked to someone else. Told him "no you gave me your personal cell number & told me to call you & make an appointment". Told him I felt really angry & stupid trusting him. I also told him I could of had a AAA certified shop complete the entire job for less. He was quiet. Told him he can keep the money - I will not reverse charges, but will never be back. Felt like I was cheated. I have purchased two brand new cars from these people & have had similar experiences - always in their favor. Ryan did call back & left a message saying he wanted to make it right. He also said I probably got a quote from someone else....then the old "who did you talk to & when" was offered as an attempt to put Blaim on someone else. If that's true, why did he give me his personal cell number & to call him to make sure I got the "deal"? I'm going to let it go. It is the principle & I don't feel like calling back & getting into an argument with them. They have done stuff like this before & will in the future. A shame, because I have had much better experiences with foreign car dealers (Volkswagen, Mercedes, Honda). Maybe this is the reason foreign cars are outselling American made cars ( Honda, Toyota, Kia for example. I always try to buy American, but I don't want to take hits like this from companies that nickel & dime us.
