“Microcenter's service and expertise is second to none. You could walk into their store knowing nothing about computers and walk out with the know-how and parts to build your own computer from scratch.The only thing I don't like about them is that they offer specific quality products, but not necessarily the most affordable options. That said, they do that to give their customers only the best products and the best experience possible.Edit: 2024I just built a custom gaming PC 100% at Microcenter. It was a great experience. That said, I had some anoying crashes after a couple months and had to have the computer diagnosed. They charged me $40 for it, which bummed me out, but it turned out to be an outdated bios/windows issue. They gave me a detailed report showing all my components were still good.”

“DAS is a great example of what seems like the very few companies who really stand behind their work. My first generation (1991) Miata’s AC was , by all research, a lost cause. They resurrected it at a fraction of the cost of replacement and when a 30 year old o-ring leaked, they replaced it - on warranty. My expectation was a reasonable charge for shop time - something most places would gleefully charge. These guys absorbed it. That’s the highest standard of excellence.”
“Convenient store close to shopping center Northtown Mall. I had the wrong item delivered with my order, and Target shipped me the correct item to my address.
I don’t recommend placing an order from in store pick up because it is not efficiently staffed and the employees will make you wait until after they are not busy with drive up orders.”

“Bought my Apple Watch from Mike V at this location on a Friday. Told them I needed it by Wednesday for a trip I was going on and was assured, I would receive it in time which I did. They offered immediate help from the second they greeted me when I walked in through me going three days later to get the watch activated when customer care could not. I spent two hours on the phone with customer care it took them 20 minutes. I could not recommend Patrick and his team more. five stars.”

I showed up around 15-30 minutes until the store's closing time, and all of the other employees I had spoken to were assisting customers or tied up with a task at the time. No big deal, I showed up late and eventually found Kevin. Always used a laptop at home, but I had always wanted to switch to a desktop. While I know my way around a computer, the hardware is where I lack knowledge, so it was nice to have his input/opinion on this. Kevin took the time to break down multiple products while respecting my budget and being very informative. Great sales skills with the knowledge to back it up. Good dude. 5 stars.”

I took 45 pictures for you to enjoy, while I was here. The parking lot is large and easy to park in. The check out was a little busy and not many cashiers, but I get it, not a lot of people working, that's ok. Still giving it 5 stars! Clean store!”

I bought the Rev-X 10 driver in ears from Alclair for playing drums in my church worship and absolutely loved the sound quality, but I needed the fit adjusted slightly. This is not to fault Alclair, as my molds might have been slightly off. But Alclair did amazing to assist me in sending back the in ears, getting them re adjusted to size at no cost, and sending them back to me. Art Diaz from Alclair customer service was very responsive and helpful during the whole process. I love the fit, feel, and sound of my new Alclair in ears.
