As always, the quality of work was excellent. In the past, I have given them 5 stars. I’m taking away a star this time because the original estimate was $1,667 but the final cost ended up being $2,099. I could understand some additional costs, but this was unexpected, and seemed pretty high to me.

Collision Center 1 did a great job repairing my Acura RDX! Jason stayed in contact, had my car finished on time, the work was fantastic and my car was cleaner when I picked it up than when I dropped it off. They called the car rental to pick me up at the shop when I dropped my car off and also took care of the rental shop coming to pick it up at the shop when my car was ready. If you're looking for an auto body shop, I highly recommend Collision Center 1 Golden Valley!

The work was fine, but service was not good. I heard over and over during the course of three weeks from the person assigned to my case that he would call me for an update, and he never did once. I had to call him repeatedly the day after he said he'd call to get any sort of update. I was never given any sort of estimate of time from the day I dropped off the car until the day before I picked it up. Super frustrating.

I debated with myself on how in depth I wanted to go with this review, but decided my time shouldn't be wasted on the negativity. All I will say is that if Jason is your advisor, ask for someone else to help you out.

I did an assessment of the car, everything was quick and clear. The only thing is that the assessment is open until 15.00, which is somehow inconvenient

Went in for a quote: some scrapes on the paint and a pushed in bumper. He took it back to the shop and came back in 15 minutes. It was all fixed. There was no charge! Pretty impressive in this day and age, especially because I was a first time customer!
