Great educational videos on subject and explain use of many of their products on YouTube, not to mention seeing their products sold in other shops in the metro and online. Easy app to use and great being able to pick up locally and not pay delivery fees. Great service all around.

Yesterday I had a bit of trouble with an order as I ordered an AIO tank online but got logged out during the process giving me no points in my preferred reefer account. I called BRS where Alex answered helping me cancel the order so I can place it again under my preferred reefer account giving me the purchase points. As soon as we canceled the order the item went out of stock making me a bit worried but Alex reassured me that everything was going to be okay and he would make sure I got the tank. I just want to make sure Alex gets the credit he deserves as he made a frustrating experience a pleasure with his amazing customer service skills and expertise. Thank you Alex!

I’ve been shopping here since I started reefing in 2019. Most polite group of people I ever met, orders always ship the same day if they’re in stock. Had an order show up damaged and they immediately made it right. Thank you BRS! Happy Holidays!

Love working with this company (the people are the company!)!!! I dove back into reefing almost 3 years ago after a 12 year break. Man, did things change in that time! From their website, videos, customer service, and awesome shipping (communicative, consistent, and reliable), these folks have earned a customer for life. Had trouble with a Salt I purchased from BRS and they bent over backwards to inform and provide solutions directly and via Rayan's videos.Did I say videos???Educational, data driven, transparent, gear guides, equipment tests, personal favorites, the good and the bad, personal mistakes, and on and on... If you're not plugged into BRS, you should be!

I was mistakenly under the impression that they sold water. Stopped in and two gentlemen tried to help me before they brought in a young woman. She glared at me like I kicked her dog and finally said "we do NOT sell water to the PUBLIC!" I apologized and she said nothing and marched back to her cube. Not friendly or customer focused at all. I will never buy anything from BRS again.

ok let's start by saying I am a small family owned store that services a particular set of clients. Now with that said I have had a wholesale account with bulk reef for years I mark up all materials as any store does my markup is strictly for the convenience of having product on hand so it is a substantial markup as my main cate is live coral and fish I used the word wholesale pricing that comes out to the price consumers would pay to brs as my wholesale price again it's for the convenience of it so with that said according to brs they contro what I say the value of the item is even if it is at the standard consumer price I guess it's not ok with them they didn't even call me email me or anything to get my side of the situation just block my account and remove all wholesale pricing so if this is how they do business now I am returning all the stores products and I will not ever use brs again unless they make this situation right I have purchased over 80k in 10 months from them and this is how they handle business

Came in here not realizing that this was an online only store. I got promptly let in, communicated to the receptionist what I was looking for, waited no more than 5 minutes for some supplies, then I was on my way. It was prompt and polite service. It would be cool if there was a showroom where folks could come into and shop, but overall a good place to get your supplies.

This place is by far one of the worst places to work. The warehouse management is actually crazy. If you go to the bathroom during work hours, Phil will wait by your cart for you to come back and lecture you about using the bathroom on company time. Disgusting behavior from the warehouse manager. Phil does not know how to manage the workload at all. He would refuse to release orders until later in the day, causing a huge rush of orders and work that could’ve been spaced out throughout the day, but for some reason he decided to wait until an hour or two before people’s shifts ended and this caused people to stay late. I also literally saw Kyle pouring alcohol shots into his Redbull in his car during break on multiple occasions. This is alarming because he drives a forklift. Also, Jim is quite literally the biggest, most unprofessional, arrogant, and other titles that are not fit for this review. I’ve never experienced someone who was more into themselves and hearing themselves talk. He thinks people shouldn’t ask for raises because he doesn’t ask for raises himself. Not to mention the pay wage and labor balance. I started out making more money than people who had been there for a few years and probably had more experience than me. The workload was very heavy most of the time and people would often have to stay late. There’s an extremely high turnover rate for a reason. Be cautious when thinking of applying here. It is not worth it at all!

Wanted to give a shout out to Mr Chad who was very helpful when I called in today with a pricing issue. He handled the situation very professional and even ensured my situation was resolved before the call was disconnected. Kuddos to Chad on a job well done. I will continue to support BRS!!
