“I bought my vehicle about 5 years ago, which was a good experience, but buying a new vehicle usually is. Unfortunately I had to have my transmission rebuilt around 60000 miles which was covered by extended warranty. Easy process was fixed. Now I'm at around 80000 and my AC stopped working same thing covered by warranty had my truck in and out withing a day of dropping it off. Really easy and timely.”

They really know what they are doing, and great customer service.I have a mercedes and got an oil change from another foreign auto care and got a lot of engine issues and codes. Did the oil change from Hubers and all issues were gone, so their oil quality and service is great.Chris and Nick are very nice and humble, will explain things in detail and will provide the best price and service. 10/10”

“In November of 2023 purchased a 2021 Honda Pilot from Import Auto Sales and had a fantastic experience! Max was my sales representative, and he was nothing short of amazing—supportive and eager to offer a great deal. The service was both friendly and efficient. Since I bought the vehicle in November, I didn't test the A/C at the time. During a recent warm spell I turned on the A/C and noticed it wasn't working. When I contacted them six months after my purchase regarding this, they promptly invited me to the dealership, provided a loaner car, and fixed the A/C by the next day. They truly stand behind their vehicles and go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. I'm definitely planning to return to Import Auto Sales for my next vehicle purchase.”

“I purchased a lease return 2021 Rav4 on February 7th. I was promised Luther Toyota would fix a small golf ball-sized dent and some scratches would be buffed out. I called the used car manager twice and left messages, no return call. A person named Bill called once and left a message. I called Bill back three times and no answer and left a message, but again no return call. Would I purchase again from this dealership, I doubt it.
After several weeks, Rudy Luther reached out to me and made good on their promises. Thanks .”
