Beautiful state park 30min from south Fargo. 7$ for one time admission, 35$ for an annual MN state parks pass. You can buy admission passes online so I’d recommend doing that beforehand as it is a bit of a process.Dog-friendliness: No trash cans on the trails so if you bring your dog, be prepared to carry any poop bags... read full comment

Pretty nice place, just 1/2 mile south of BNSF northern transcon, really very little train noise, but people keep your barking dogs in the city....they have a leash rule, but those barkers should have a muzzle, I can stay in the city and hear those effers.

Utilized the group campsite with our Boy Scouts & Cub Scouts. Great camping experience and some adventure hiking mixed with exploring in the nearby river.Restrooms: Was well stocked and hand sanitizer dispenser inside.Picnic area: Numerous fire pit options and lots of picnic tables.
