My recent stay in Glenwood was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was warmly greeted the check in staff. The check-in process was swift and they were very accommodating.The room itself was immaculate, with crisp linens and a cozy bed that provided a restful night's sleep. I appreciated the attention to detail in cleanliness throughout the entire property.What truly set this hotel apart is the outstanding service provided by the staff. All questions and requests were met with genuine kindness and eagerness to assist.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone seeking a clean, comfortable stay with top-notch service. I look forward to returning in the future.Walkability: Close to everything!

If you want to be able to socialize here it's not the place! Manager is constantly changing rules on quiet hour and wants everyone in their room by 9!! Paid for the social room and was kicked out or there too!

Check young lady was fantastic, knowledgeable, breakfast gentleman very nice & cheerful, then another staff person came on in breakfast area very personable & check out lady, nice. Gr8 hot tub

Family wedding in Glenwood, this hotel staff was outstanding to work with, ensuring that our family members got rooms before any other guests. They were also extremely helpful throughout the stay. Friendly and very helpful. They have late night pizzas! Staff made several for our group, she was the only one who seemed a bit tired of us by the end of the stay. In her case, it was a lot to ask around midnight!

Fine is how I would describe our stay. The space was large and comfortable, the location in town is great and the service was prompt.It gets knocked for the really uncomfortable beds, bedding and pillows. You could feel every spring in the mattress, the pillows were lumpy like bean bags and the bedding was thin and rough.Additionally, the heating/cooling was not working properly. I had it set all the way down to 62 degrees but it kept pumping heat out. I turned it off and it still kept pumping heat out sporadically.Ultimately it's the best hotel in Glenwood,

We had the best time. The staff is so nice and helpful! The breakfast is amazing. The pool was clean!!! The rooms were clean and the beds were super comfortable!

They are always so good to work with! We have rented the breakfast area for family gatherings also. It has been a wonderful place to gather!Rooms: Always clean, extra towels and pillows if needed.Safety: I have always felt very safe.Walkability: Very close to Lakeside and downtown.

Cute little 2 story hotel. Breakfast included with make your own waffles. Pool is a good size (5 feet deep) and nice warm hot-tub. It has its quirks and could use a little maintenance here and there, but quiet for my stay. About a 1-2 blocks from the lake. Nice little downtown area down the sidewalk within walking distance. Across the parking lot from cute Minnewaska shops.

The front desk staff was not very accommodating. The hotel does not have an elevator, so make sure you plan accordingly if you are not on the first floor or need handicap assessable.

So friendly and helpful! They were very understanding when I had a problem with checking in. Would visit again! Very cute lakeside town! The pool and hot tub were very quiet, clean, and relaxing at night.

The GrandStay accommodated our wedding party (as well as us!) for our wedding in Glenwood and we were so glad we chose them!
