I recently purchased an Impala. 2 weeks later I noticed the transmission slipping. Darin at DSA Inc took it back, replaced it, and paid for the service work. Then, he returned it to me at no cost. With used cars we take a risk with our purchases. It’s reassuring to know there are dealers like Darin who do things like this. The buying process was easy, no-pressure, and the owner did right by the customer. Highly recommend!

Very quick and efficient process. The owner stepped up to take care of everything and even cut me a deal on the original asking price. Honest through the negotiations and sale, and got me in the vehicle I wanted.

Doesn't call or respond to calls or texts.. Was going to buy a car from him and I am out of state.. Never got me additional photos or got back to me and it sold. Tried to see more pics since I am a few hours away but nothing.. I was the first to call about the car and wanted to buy it right away.. Shame

Very upset, I made my first big vehicle purchase there, I found exactly what I wanted. They claimed absolutely nothing was wrong with the truck come to find out in a few months time the tire pressure sensors don’t work at all so light is always on, check engine light has been on since the day I bought it, the air conditioning only blows hot air, tunnel cover is rusted and broke, CarPlay don’t work and a couple other minor things. As they told me multiple times it’s basically brand new just older in year absolutely nothing wrong but for the price I paid there is a lot wrong.

I purchased a 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Darin and Mike. They fixed a noisy rear axle and defective thermostat for the same asking price which was more than fair to begin with. Only place to buy a quality used vehicle. I would give them 6 stars if it was available. Thanks for the great experience. Highly recommend!!!

Only leaving 1 star because I can’t leave zero. Called the dealership and talked to one of the employees about problems I was having with the vehicle. This was a month after purchase. I was told the owner would call me back. No call. Waited a few weeks and called again. I was assured I would get a call back in short order. Here I am a week and a half later and still no call. Definitely won’t be a return customer.

I bought a 2013 Silverado and nice truck they were awsome with the process of getting it and if they don’t have somthing u like they can forsure find it and I had a couple minor issues with the truck and they are taking it back and fixing it all professionally for free. And there office is very welcoming very nice people.
