They worked with the bank and went above and beyond to make this work for me, and I drove home with my car the same night! “Best repair shop! Our RV broke down and Larry at R&R was more than welcoming! The shop took on the issue of replacing the CAPS fuel pump(unbelievably expensive & difficult part), as well as repairing an airline and changed fuel filters. As our RV is our home, Larry assisted in accommodating as however he possibly could. I cannot speak highly enough of the INCREDIBLE care we received!”

Kind of hard to find - the guy has signs all over the front of the building, of which are all huge and artistically similar to the actual business' sign which tells you the name of the place. Waited on the old man for 20 minutes who must've ran to Casey's for pizza ?. Got me on the road no issues”

“Good service and decent prices. Items in stock is fairly decent, but anything not very common will need to be ordered in. Only other complaint is they are ONLY automotive, so not much in the terms of truck or farm filters etc. Overall if your looking for car parts, not a bad place at all.”

“Last April 19, 2023 I was driving on I 90 late at night. There was a severe storm with lightning, heavy rain and a high velocity headwind. The vehicle started to shutter. I had to slow way down. I was eastbound about 5 miles west of Albert Lea. I pulled off at exit 157. Fortunately, North Bridge Auto Plaza was close by but it was closed. Since it was after midnight I pulled into the car lot, called their office, left a message and waited. First thing in the morning a young man named Nate came up to my vehicle and said he could pull it in to take a look. A little later the manager okayed the repairs that were needed, even though the work was unexpected for them. A spark plug housing was cracked and the plug had gotten wet. I was back on the road by 9:30am. I was grateful and amazed by the attention I received. It was a great help to me. I was 500 miles away from home and still had three hours left to get to my destination so I was greatly relieved to have the car running good and very appreciative of the men at North Bridge Auto Plaza who offered their service with such a helpful attitude.

“If you ever need any repairs done to your auto or rv this is the only place to consider. They are the best. We were traveling through on a trip headed to WA. My sink had fallen into the cabinet in th kitchen and one of our slides wouldn't operate. We had an appointment to have them fixed. On the way there our truck speed went down to 6 mph and was blowing black smoke. We got it to their shop and they took us right in and arranged for a motel for us to stay and provided transportation for us. They kept contact with us on the progress and we were up and running by 3 the next day. Our turbo filter was clogged and they were able to clean the turbo so we didn't have to buy a new one. We took ot back to where we were parked but the slide still wouldn't come out. The person that had fixed left his home and came to see what was wrong and then came back the next evening with a fix for it. This company went way above the call of duty. We would use them always if we lived there. We got in and drove to WA for my Grandsons graduation and everything is working like it should. A big Thank You to Sanderson's”
“I’m from Tennessee, i was just visiting Minneapolis and on my way back had an accident on I35. I visited Wuerflein Honda Service to check my Honda CRV. The staff was amazing and their service was top class. They were very sympathetic towards my unfortunate accident. They waived off the charges for multipoint check after they found nothing wrong with the vehicle. Kudos to this business for not handing me big receipt when they had every opportunity to do so. I was awed by their integrity, i wish there are more businesses like them. Wish the staff and the management the best! And THANK YOU for your honest service.”
“We had 12 ladies in our 15 passenger van headed from Kansas City to Minoqua WI for a dragon boat festival. Engine oil pressure light came on in the middle of nowhere Iowa. We made it to Hansons and they got us in right away and fixed us up quickly. Amazing service!”
“Corey and staff are top notch. Corey has helped my wife and I every step of the way to getting a new engine in a car with a warranty. Corey has willingly kept a vehicle in his lot while we wait for the warranty company to approve repairs. If I lived closer I would use Corey for everything. I do so I will drive over 1.5 hours to have Corey do any major work on any of my vehicles. Class act here!”

“A thick bearded burly man was kind enough to tighten my lug nut bolts during travel. That's a great man who happens to also work as a mechanic at Wal-Mart Automotive! It was during a heat advisory on a late afternoon still over 90° nearing 5pm on a Saturday. The excellent customer service demonstrated by this individual is/was amazing! Thank you so much. Cool guy, it seems, besides. ??Laid back, hard worker, compassionate to my plight, good manager of his time - he was alone in the shop. I hope he is considered for a monetary raise!”
