“Good service and decent prices. Items in stock is fairly decent, but anything not very common will need to be ordered in. Only other complaint is they are ONLY automotive, so not much in the terms of truck or farm filters etc. Overall if your looking for car parts, not a bad place at all.”

“I went to three different places to try to find a interstate battery and I could not find one! I called two places in addition to visiting the two places! One of the places that I went to recommended that I try r&S racing! Even though this meant that he lost a sale he still sent me here knowing that interstate batteries are the best! When I went in it was about a half an hour before they closed! And I have a foreign vehicle so of course I need a really weird battery!! So of course it's not in stock! But the lady who helped me out was extremely helpful and she went out of her way to call and make sure that I could get a battery for my vehicle! And she made sure that I could get it as soon as possible! The other place that I called said they couldn't get a battery for a month for my vehicle! And she is getting me an interstate battery in two days!! I was extremely impressed with the service and the way she went out of her way to make sure I got the weird battery that I needed for my foreign car LOL!!”

“I couldn't reach the right department on the phone and the guy said he was going to send me to the right department and then the computerized voice kept saying that the number sequence I entered was incorrect for any department, to please enter one. And I did enter one, and then it said the same thing about the wrong number sequence and then enter one, and so forth over and over I did it trying to get a different result with no such luck!! Then I went on line to try to find the part again and that was like trying to find a needle in a haystack!! What a joke!! I DO NOT recommend going here if you need to try to find a part!!”
“A thick bearded burly man was kind enough to tighten my lug nut bolts during travel. That's a great man who happens to also work as a mechanic at Wal-Mart Automotive! It was during a heat advisory on a late afternoon still over 90° nearing 5pm on a Saturday. The excellent customer service demonstrated by this individual is/was amazing! Thank you so much. Cool guy, it seems, besides. ??Laid back, hard worker, compassionate to my plight, good manager of his time - he was alone in the shop. I hope he is considered for a monetary raise!”
