If i could give 0 stars i would. Gene completely messed up my taxes. I called Monday and the extremely rude receptionist said he’d give me a call back when he was done with his client and i never heard back. after paying over $400 for this useless service this is so unprofessional. im still yet to hear from anyone at the branch. DO NOT GO HERE
