The staff is super friendly and helpful. I took off a star because it's ridiculous to be only open for one hour on Saturday. I work all week and often can't get there and Saturday is my only day to mail items.

I have been experiencing the worst service and the carrier is beyond rude. I have never had this many issues with a post office before.
