My family had COVID-19 vaccine appointments today and we had important questions that the automated service system and the customer service rep could not understand or help with. We were forwarded directly to Fridley pharmacy after the first runaround and sat on hold for 60 minutes before I hung up. The phone tree is a nightmare and the customer service is absolutely nonexistent Nobody should wait that long to get assistance from a pharmacy tech, receptionist, or pharmacist. We will no longer use Walgreens for vaccines.

as an ex employee here this is by far the worst walgreens i have ever seen. the manager is terrible and has a bunch of younger kids working. can't sell cigarettes and has no control over the store whatsoever. this store needs to be shut down immediately!

Worst customer service ever! 20 people in line at 5:50. I had called yesterday to get a prescription for a drug transferred to them after being told it was available. At 6:00, I was told they forgot to do the transfer and that I could get it in the morning. They refused to call the other pharmacy because they close at 6 (despite 12 people in line behind me). Stay away! Even if you are desperate

Rude, liars, no customer service skills. But don't be surprised it's from the pharmacy, they at Walgreens are usually that way might be their home training or job training??? The one star was for being open and filling my script that I damn near had to beg for!!!!!!!!

rude old ladies for cashiers and all cashiers are incredibly slow and lack any urgency no matter how long the line gets.
