5 phones calls 56 minutes on hold, got hung up on twice and STILL NOT ALLOWED TO TALK TO A BANKER. I've been a Wells Fargo patron since 1990. But I am not allowed to talk with a banker.
They are deducting $143.00 a month for Straighttalk...2 months in a row. $143 was for a 3 month subscription. I did not order a 3 month subscription. I did not order 3 months of Straighttalk at $143.00 PER MONTH!
I filed a complaint immediately with Wells Fargo in June. Was told, " no problem, we have you."
Friday of last week WELLS FARGO took another $143.00 out of my account...for what?
AND THERE ISNT ONE BANKER AT WELLS FARGO WHO WILL TAKE A PHONE CALL.
Great customer service. Well done, Wells.

My husband and I came to this branch of Wells Fargo today to update and clean up our accounts. We worked with Myo A. and he was very helpful, friendly, and accomplished all we needed swiftly. Additionally, all of the tellers and bank staff went above and beyond to help us, and were also very friendly. Lastly, the bank is spacious and clean. We will be using this branch from now on!

Drive through experience today. Pulled right into a lane, no cars in front of me. Pressed call button to have them open the little window. Once I sent the check in I waited for someone to help me. A girl finally came on and asked if I wanted the check deposited. I said no, cash, please. I was told there were 5 cars before me and when I replied FIVE? She said no, 2. It still took 15 minutes to cash a check with no cars in the line! Pathetic customer service, except she did thank me for my patience.

Today Myo helped me with an issue that phone support has been struggling with. He was able to correct it while I waited and I am so thankful. Next time I need help at Wells Fargo I'll be going to this branch and requesting his help!

I am a customer of Wells Fargo for many years. I stopped by the drive-thru with my mother who is also a Wells Fargo customer. When we arrived there wasn't anyone in any of the lanes. Except for a police officer who was about to leave the drive-thru. A Wells Fargo worker named LATOYA didn't even inform me to wait. I had to call on the drive-thru line and we had to wait for 23 minutes. However, during the first 10 minutes LATOYA instead helped out two different customers who arrive way later than us. After attending us LATOYA didn't even say "Have a nice day". We were treated in a disrespectful way and we think LATOYA is extremely racist.

I am too happy when I get Aziza at the drive thru! Lol. They are always very nice and efficient. She remembers me and my dog's :) I hear her recognizing other people too. Which I think is very heartwarming and rare these days.

I have visited this branch numerous times because it's close to my home, but the customer service I experienced today from Mayo is unparalleled. He had such a friendly demeanor and was very informed. He took the time to clarify everything to my 14-year-old daughter who was opening her first checking account. Truly, his customer service was exceptional.

I was there this morning to get a simple cashiers check. They rudely told me they could not give it to me even though I had the funds in the account to cover it, I asked to speak to the manager but he convently got in to meeting, I left there went to another branch and the transaction was flawless,

Servants Lih Took the time out to help me open an account and was very patient and very kind. I highly recommend this premier banker to anyone who is looking for assistance opening a bank account and having everything explained carefully he is the one you want to see to be more efficient. Every time I had a question about something Latoya would smack her mouth or give me attitude as if she was annoyed to even be there. It’s not my fault you hate your job, but at least try to up your customer service game. I've decided to take my business elsewhere due to the lack in manners.
