There should be a negative number for this location. No public restroom for patrons per management. I can say I’m disappointed with this location but feel it’s been forced to become this way due to a handful of people that go there.

More help needed in the pharmacy after 5pm. It's it unfair to both your customers who need life saving medications as well as to your employees who look overwhelmed.

Sat on hold for 35 minutes before I hung up . The customer service SUCKS, and getting worse. Every visit gets even worse. Lines are long and slow moving.

Worst pharmacy ever. I have only one script there because they suck so bad. I’ve been on hold for 50 minutes to see why it’s screwed up for the third time. 3 prescription filled 3 screwed up.Don’t go here.It says it’s not busy right now

DON'T use the Drive-thru! Go inside to get Rx if you don't want to sit and wait for 30 minutes for one car! ONE CAR!

This place is to busy since CVS closed up the street I'm transferring to another. staff is great but they are overworked. They said up to 1000 scripts per day. Only the corp. deserves bad reviews.

Every time I visit that Walgreens, the service is the worst. The manager who is there in the afternoon on September 4 is lazy because she doesn't go to any service, very very poor customer service, super bad.

Waited 30 min for a pick up of a prescription and unable to get them due to the pharmacy letting customer to wait while they filled their order. That's not what drive thru is for people. It's to pick up for already scripts and to drop off scripts. Tell the customer too park in lot and wait. Duevto this factor I am going to pull my cripts to elsewhere. Thank you for nada.

My family had COVID-19 vaccine appointments today and we had important questions that the automated service system and the customer service rep could not understand or help with. We were forwarded directly to Fridley pharmacy after the first runaround and sat on hold for 60 minutes before I hung up. The phone tree is a nightmare and the customer service is absolutely nonexistent Nobody should wait that long to get assistance from a pharmacy tech, receptionist, or pharmacist. We will no longer use Walgreens for vaccines.

The FedEx drop off here is worthless. I left a package on Wednesday that was to be overnighted. Employees didn't seem to know what to do with me. Friday morning I find that the package is still sitting in the Walgreens. Had to demand the package back to bring it to a real fedex office. Don't offer shipping services if you don't have anyone that can actually do it!

After two other Walgreen's Photo locationcould not help me to attain a passport photo.I decided to give them one more chance.So I stopped in at the Fridley location and WOW!Store associate Sarah (Superstar?) was veryconcerned with my experience with the other locations.Sarah made sure that I was going to have agreat! customer experience, which she did! ???.It is getting extremely challenging to receive thattype of service in businesses nowadays.

I stopped in this morning to pick up some beard butter. there was only one customer in the store,and it took 2 cashiers to help this customer figure out a coupon as I stood there for 10 minutes like I wasn't even there.not a good experience.
