Worst pharmacy in the twin cities nothing is ever ready, and everyone is constantly on break if you don't need your prescription same day this is a good place to get it filled. Go to hilltop location they are Knowledgeable and helpful.

Service has really become bad.They will never answer the phoneI have waited an hour for nothing.My last 2 prescriptions were outOf stock so I had to wait 4 days.I am going elsewhere

Worst Pharmacy ever! I would’ve give it negative 5 stars if I could.Only one person behind the pharmacy counter serves endless line of in-store and drive through customers. Super disorganized and short staffed.The store is another kind of train wreck! They give me $10 coupon for vaccine at the pharmacy but the store cashier said they can’t be used towards my deodorant because they go on points amount??All Walgreens pharmacies are disaster, but this one tops them all. Just firmed my decision to come at Walgreens only of it’s a matter of life and death.

Never have prescriptions ready on time. Always ask you to come back later. Treat customers rudely when asking to transfer to a different pharmacy.

My family had COVID-19 vaccine appointments today and we had important questions that the automated service system and the customer service rep could not understand or help with. We were forwarded directly to Fridley pharmacy after the first runaround and sat on hold for 60 minutes before I hung up. The phone tree is a nightmare and the customer service is absolutely nonexistent Nobody should wait that long to get assistance from a pharmacy tech, receptionist, or pharmacist. We will no longer use Walgreens for vaccines.

Waited 45 minutes to get a prescription. The parking lot looks like a ski slope with all the potholes. 2 stars for the ladies at the cashier that were nice, not so much the pharmacy clerks.

as an ex employee here this is by far the worst walgreens i have ever seen. the manager is terrible and has a bunch of younger kids working. can't sell cigarettes and has no control over the store whatsoever. this store needs to be shut down immediately!

My son’s doctor sent in a prescription for my son. Was there before 6 pm and they did not have it ready. Told me to go to another pharmacy for they are closed. Online says they are open till 9pm. But sign on window says 6pm. To much my dismay I was taken back by the direction of the clerk and not even telling me which Walgreens to goto. Then come to find out all of the Walgreens in my area are closed at 6pm. Ended up calling the Walgreens in circle pines… top notch service !! I will end transferring all of my families prescriptions and sending another complaint elsewhere. Poor customer service . My son is a trach vent kiddo and is very sick. You have not only let me down but also my son!

Worst customer service ever! 20 people in line at 5:50. I had called yesterday to get a prescription for a drug transferred to them after being told it was available. At 6:00, I was told they forgot to do the transfer and that I could get it in the morning. They refused to call the other pharmacy because they close at 6 (despite 12 people in line behind me). Stay away! Even if you are desperate

Rude, liars, no customer service skills. But don't be surprised it's from the pharmacy, they at Walgreens are usually that way might be their home training or job training??? The one star was for being open and filling my script that I damn near had to beg for!!!!!!!!
