I was going to tell my story of the terrible customer service I received from the new manager Sarah Schultz but have decided not to waist my valuable time. I will be sending a certified letter to our United States Postmaster Louis DeJoy (CEO) To give him all the facts.I have lived in Fridley for over 21 years and have always received great customer service from the Fridley Post Office until now. Sarah Schultz is a bad representation of the United States Post Office. I have never in my 66 years of life received such poor customer service from anyone until I spoke with Sarah.WAS IT WORTH IT SARAH?

They always changing policy every time the drivers make no attempt to delivers mail and people in the window always rude .

No mail for a few days and when it does come during the week, it is VERY late at night. I'm on Hugo Street NE Fridley. What is going on??

If you're drivers would actually learn how to deliver packages instead of being lazy and refusing to walk up a driveway that would be amazing. If I could give you a negative star rating I would because this is completely ridiculous.

It's strange that everytime I file a complaint about the mailman, my mailbox comes up destroyed. My mailbox has been destroyed twice in one year since I moved in my house. The manager at this post office was rude. She acts like she don't care about her job or my issue with them.

The sender of the product I had ordered had an incorrect address on the package I ordered. It was supposed to be delivered 7/1/2021 then that morning I received a text stating that it was sent back 7/1/2021 due to address being insufficient. I called USPS customer service and left a claim with them around 9am or so then received a call back to fix the problem around 10:30 then someone by the name Steve called and left a voicemail stating that he gotten the package and was holding it for me. They were opened until 4. When I called back he confirmed he had it and that I could come and pick it up. I asked him how long do they hold packages and he stated for 10 days. I confirmed I would be up there Tomorrow to get the package and he stated okay that was perfect. When I arrived the lady was very rude, talking to me as though I didn’t know anything about packages and tracking them allegedly went to see if she found the package and said it was not there and they sent it back yesterday. FYI this is NOT. the postal service

The zip code on my package was incorrect so I called for them to hold onto my package so I can come pick it up. Gave my tracking, my correct address, explained the situation, and offered a simple easy solution. I will just pick up my package. The guy on the phone said the carrier is not back yet but when she comes back, he'll look for my package and hold it on to it for me. It'll take about a day. I said okay that's fine so the next day comes and guess what? They sent it back to the seller. And now I can't even get it back through "intercept package." This post office had one job and they failed.

The woman who is employed to greet you when picking up packages or when trying to have any problem resolved, comes off extremely defensive and rude. Went in to get packages and mail (FOR MYSELF) after there was a mix up with the mail carrier. She was rude when I was trying to ask if there were any additional packages. She was also extremely rude the people that were in line before me. Asking them rhetorical questions, being dismissive of their problem. And essentially dismissed them. She came off as if she didn't want to have more than a 30 second exchange with each person. She ended up giving me my roommates mail. I didn't have time to argue with her. So I left without receiving any mail or packages for myself. She claimed that there was none. Please reconsider customer service if you're not going to be respectful. Annex, please consider finding better customer service employees. They don't have to be overjoyed, but these are local people trying to resolve issues with their mail. We shouldn't be met with hostility when just trying to resolve issues or pick up our packages. Never have a problem with any mail carriers. Just multiple terrible situations with the employees that work specifically at the Annex.

Mail lady came to my door to deliver package but never knocked or rang doorbell just left slip for me to go pick up package even though I was home. As I ran to the door to try to catch up with her she drove off, the note she left was just laying on the ground I would’ve never seen it if I didn’t see her. When I went to pick up the package there was no one there to help me I waited around for 20 minutes while I called the office and rang the doorbell just for them to tell me my package wasn’t there! My girlfriend also had issues picking up the package days later very unprofessional and wasting of time. Not organized or customer oriented at all

You guys are constantly delivering mail later them usual and then when ask questions regarding it you get mad. Answer the questions with more respect! We have enough respect for you to park at the park across the street from us and get out to smoke your cigarettes then deliver the mail to us 2 hours later pretty sure you shouldn’t take a break for 2 hours! And then when our carrier delivers the mail he’s always angry slamming the mailbox and even broke the bottom half of the mailbox in our apartment complex. You don’t like your job get another one! This is the worst post office ever! Rude a** people

Mitch the so called supervisor is very I mean very unprofessional and unethical. My opinion is that he needs to be fired for the way he treats people!

Never try and deliver here if you need the docks. You will be waiting for at least 10 min before someone let's you in the door.
