1000 E Moore Lake Dr, Fridley“Twelve Vultures is such an amazing shop. I don't know what I love more, the uniquely curated assortment of wonder in every square inch of this place, or chatting with the knowledgeable and friendly owner. If you are interested in odd knickknacks or want a statement piece for your collection, this is the place.”
“Love this place! Delicious snacks and drinks all while you shop all the booths full of curated goodness. I love that the last weekend of the month (+ Monday!) is a haven for makers and local food trucks and 20% off most things.”
“Impeccable service, the owners are extremely nice to deal with and really know the business. I always find something that I want when I go there, fantastic location and very clean. Do yourself a favor and stop in!”
5 - 5:30AM
2833 - 2835 Central Ave NE, Minneapolis“What a great store! I was looking for a lowboy dresser and Doug was able to find something that he had in storage that fit my needs perfectly. Plus, he refinished and delivered it, all for an extremely reasonable price. Really great experience overall.”
11AM - 8PM
2030 Silver Lake Rd NW STE #2, New Brighton“Went in today to make a deal with the owner. He was very polite and had a great sense of humor, he wasn't there and came back to help me still. I left with a deal being made and didn't fee at all uncomfortable with it. He answered my questions and helped me in understanding the process. I highly recommend this business. Very great experience. Thank you pop culture.”
“Loved the vibes of this place! Excellent earrings, clothing, hair clips, etc, especially for the alternative crowd. It is a bit pricey for a thrift store, but I think it’s worth it if you’re struggling to find what you like at the more common chain thrift stops.”
10AM - 5PM
212 E Main St, Anoka“Pretty cool place. Some creepy old dolls in vintage woven baskets and some creaky basement. Overall wonderful place to go to with lots of stuff. Owners were cool and had having fun with their buddies so it was good ?”
“Fabulous vintage store with beautiful clothes and jewelry! The staff and owner are knowledgeable, welcoming and treat you like a friend. I highly recommend The Golden Pearl.”
11AM - 6PM
1433 W Lake St, Minneapolis“I really wanted to like it more, but the lack of sorting by size is ridiculous. I'm an XL and very few of their items fit and it's too much work finding anything.”
“Talk about a hole in the wall, a hidden gem, or a diamond in the rough! I love thrifting and checking out all the places to do so when visiting a new town. If I were to come back to the twin cities, I would be sure to stop into the Cat and the Cobra! Locating the store was a little harder than anticipated. It is in the back of the parking lot behind the locked door, but it is the first door inside the building. Not to mention the cool vibes and architecture of the building. I highly recommend walking around and checking it out. There was an amazing selection of any article of clothing you were looking for. I would say the majority of the items were typically priced. Some articles hanging were a little overpriced, but the best part was the bins in the back of the store! I found two shirts in the bins that were $5 each! It was a STEAL of a deal for vintage t-shirts in the condition they were in. I got one ESPN shirt and a Strigus 2006 shirt. Not to mention how fun it is to shift through bins to find those hidden gems of shirts. In addition to a more expensive rainforest cafe t-shirt that was hanging on the walls of shirts. Overall, the service, selection, and value of the store and its articles were top-tier for vintage thrift! I highly recommend stopping in!”
11AM - 7PM
1817 Selby Ave, St Paul“Lots of individually owned stalls here, some with sales. On-street parking is easy. Some pretty cool stuff so if you like such places its worth making a special stop/visit. Allow about an hour and don’t miss the downstairs section.”
10AM - 7PM
2751 Winnetka Ave N, New Hope“Good prices, good finds, occasional rare items. Always a good selection of clothes. Don't miss half off on a particular color, where I cannot pass up picking up a book or two each time shopping.”
“I was a little hesitant to check out Classy Consignments due to some of the negative reviews. However, my wedding party and I had a great experience! We were the only ones in the store while I tried on wedding dresses. There were hundreds of dresses to choose from. We found my wedding dress, a veil and a mother of the bride dress all in about an hour and a half. My dress still had the tags on it and my savings was over $400. There was also a 10% off discount for the week on all our items. I would recommend checking this place out if you need a dress for any occasion!”
8:30AM - 5:30PM
706 2nd Ave S #145, Minneapolis“I can't speak highly enough of the owner's expertise and customer service. She is beyond experienced - hearing her rapidly doing calculations off the top of her head after just looking at a garment is really impressive. She did a rush job on a long dress for me with what turned out to be a tricky fabric/seam.I also appreciate how good of a listener she is when it comes to how you want a garment to fit - I never felt dumb asking about any of my requests and as far as I'm concerned she can work magic.”
“Overall this store had a nice selection of unique pieces, but the price range may be above the average persons. The largest size that had was a vintage XL (new Large). A nice, clean shop.”
11AM - 6PM
1587 Selby Ave, St Paul“I’ve been going to Lula’s for a long time. Her reputation in the city is unmatched. And not just for fab party dresses but she might put out a rack out of high-waisted wide-leg 70’s pants that you can't find anywhere else or a pair of 60's virgin wranglers to go with that cashmere coat or summer crop top. It always feels fresh and new when you walk in the store and you'll feel the same when you walk out.But the best part is Hayley. How could you not like someone named after Hayley Mills. Not only does she treat every garment with care and love, she treats all her customers the same.”
11AM - 5PM
799 Raymond Ave, St Paul“Best haircut of my life from AndeB, who is also a great person & fun conversationalist. I love the aesthetic of the salon and the adjoining vintage shop. Excited to get some color next!”
“This is a great place. It has well priced clothing with shirts costing just 6$. Definitely coming back, I’m also considering checking out other thrift shops because of how awesome this place was!”
“Probably my fave card shop in the metro. It's very cozy and welcoming. Huge variety of everything. I especially like the sit down area where you have plenty of elbow room to go through stuff, without feeling pressed to buy something or rush through the process. They are also very reasonable in negotiating prices of used items.”
“My son and I visited here for the first time. He/him is very petite but did find something he liked. I found a perfect hat. There is soooo much in this store! 2 concerns, women sizes only go to large. And it it so tight it is completely disabled impossible!! So only 4 stars. However, we'll be going back! Cool place.”
“The time bomb used to be a favorite stop when I was on this side of town, but under new management, they have leaned towards more vintage clothing then other items they used to carry. Still like stopping, but 4 stars instead of 5 due to less items I care to browse.”
“Wonderful place to sell/shop gently used kids items. This year, due to covid-19, it was a little different... But I was so impressed how they had all the precautions in place. There's a holiday sale coming up and I trust JBF will, again, have all the saftey precautions in place for another great round of shopping!”
“Great place to find that rare item you didn't know you needed or couldn't find other places. Everything from jewelry, art, sterling, furniture, etc. With items always making their way out and new items coming in, this is a fun shop to check out when in the area. Staff is friendly and helpful, parking lot available out front.”
10AM - 2PM
1017 W 24th St, Minneapolis“Lovely store run by some really kind folks who’re are really actionably supporting their community and especially its BIPOC members. On top of that, they find loads of neat stuff! Highly recommend stopping by :)”
“Great place with great and friendly people. I brought my nanny boy in bc he wanted to try a trade-up challenge and Edder was very helpful, kind, and didn't talk down to him bc he was a 10 year old. He left there on cloud 9 and talked about how he can't wait to go back there.”
11AM - 7PM
2613 Nicollet Ave, Minneapolis“Love this spot! I usually purchase things off of their Instagram for pick up. The staff are so kind and are always cheerful when I stop in. The selection is definitely well thought-out and well-priced. You're able to get great clothes at fabulous prices.”
11AM - 6PM
1452 85th Ave NE, Spring Lake Park“Great shop, always looking for local Minnesota items when I visit the state. Born and raised in the Duluth area living in Maine. If I was driving back to Maine I would of got a neon piece, prices are very fair compared to east coast neon prices. Very happy with items purchased. This place will be a regular stop for me in my future visits to the area. Hopefully get a neon sign!!! Looking forward to seeing your Auction items”
11AM - 8PM
303 Northtown Dr, Blaine“I stumbled across this store searching for a place for clothes in mounds view area. I seen the awesome low discounted prices on items a d I feel in love ❤️!! Been there twice in less than a month... Lbss”
“Good values, decent selection, good staff, great mission supported. Store is usually well organized and pretty clean. Frequent colored tag sales @ up to 50 off. Realistic prices w/good weekly discounts in addition. Stock is significantly varied, mixed used with new items. Adequate parking. Shopping, food and gym adjacent.”
