They were able to get me in right after I called. I had called a few other shops prior but only got their voicemail. They ran diagnostics and promptly fixed my car.

Wanting a thorough inspection without the aggressive sales tactics often found in larger shops, I decided to visit a smaller shop where I could interact directly with the mechanics. The tire was unfixable and had to buy two new tires. No pressure to buy the most expensive, they just wanted to make sure I was taken care of. Really the best customer service I’ve had in a long time!!”

“An honest mechanic is invaluable, and Green Line Auto definitely are true to that statement. I've had work done there for the past 5 years and today was no exception to the honesty .
I agreed to the work that they quoted me. They installed a new gear shift motor ( quoted) it failed to resolve the issue and they referred me to Kennedy transmission.
They COULD HAVE just installed the new motor and charged me the labor.. and sent me to Kennedy for further repair and 'claim' that it actually needed the 650$ motor part .. but they DIDN'T.. nor did they charge me the labor for it ..
I had some other issues that they were able to repair.. but they didn't charge me the 900$ estimate for previous mentioned.
