One of my best retail experiences ever! Shannon was fantastic, accommodating, and informative. Brought a small order in at 2pm, told Shannon what I'd like, on a short notice, and She had it ready to go the next day. Amazing! Thank you Shannon!Dealt with letterman sports (never again) and always got "blah blah, we can't do that, you have to do this, mngr blaming his staff, " cuz they're high school kids" right in front of 4 of them last time I was there.
