Everytime I go to get the pizza pretzel I am denied. They say it will take 20 minutes. I tell them that I will wait. They say they cannot make it. Why even say the time then? They do this EVERY TIME. I just want a pizza pretzel ?
I hope management tells them to take all money or corporate cleans house, so I can get a pizza pretzel. Their job is to make food. I'm not asking for fast service, just the product.

I just visited sam's club to day 7/18/24 around 1:30 pm. The guy who's collecting the karts left stocked in line karts behind my car. When I asked him if he can move them to have space to got out from park he told me there is enough space unless I don't know how's drive.
How I can back up he blocked me with so many staked karts?
This guy is so bad for the business.
By the way I was not the only person black with these karts the person parked other side was blocked too.

I'll consider updating this review if I visit this store again since it isn't one of those closest to me but terrible experience attempting to buy gas. Visited on a TUESDAY at 1:30 pm and must have been at least 20 cars waiting ahead of me and this store has a very clumsy way of managing queued cars. Not much benefit in saving 20-30 cents per gallon if you have to sit with your car running for a half hour in summer heat!

Rude staff, I wish I could give them zero stars.
Member of sams club for the past 3 years and found them to be unprofessional. Mr cash and other women purple haired working there was very rude.

Not my fault you guy short driver and can’t get a pallet jasmine rice down . Give attitude and lied to customer and wait never came help. Tell your slacker help their customer first before they worry about their work .

Truck drivers just fyi produce and meat trucks are their first priority! Got here when they opened at 4 and had to wait on 2 trucks that just pulled up! Didn't get outta here until 7:00 so 3 hrs of waiting

Some People who deliver for same club are rude and can't seem to read a address u can't always depend on the gps doesn't always bring you to right address. Because he was on lane and I am on way pretty easy to determine your on the wrong block. So i said your on lane not way But to have a argument with a customer is out of line for anyone representing a business. Pretty sad made my day start out bad thank Sam's club. I would never purchase a membership in my name do to this delivery.

racial profiling I was with someone they were checking out I just went to look at some sushi at the front near check out and this girl who was short with long brown think hair is just looks at me I was littlerly just looking at sushi felt soo uncomfterable she was really rude I think she was Mexican to I decided to just be nice despite how she was towards I complimented her on her hair and she just walked passed me lamo didn't even look at me NOT A NICE PERSON AT ALL she looked like she was in high school this vibe of this place is weird today the first time ive been back since years I wont ever be BACK!

Is okay I guess but don't see why they put so much curbside pick a lot of people just park there and go inside to do their shopping that's just a waist.Im upset about a cake i order for my sister's birthday when they gave it to my the cake was falling down (melting)already.The cafe area is so slow and they always have a really bad attitude.
