Horrible experience. The white guy that has a nose pierce, tall and skinny, that looks like a druggy and wears the cap was racist. He didn't want to service us, so he told us that he would lose his job if we didn't provide our "access" to our app or show a physical card. Once we provided everything to him, he claimed that he couldn't look up our membership to find a receipt of the tires we literally bought last year. In fact, we found our receipt on the app and spoke with the assistant manager. All he did was "apologized" for that racist idiot. We only came in for a tire rotation, and he was giving us the hardest time. Never go there if you're a person of color. He serviced the white folks but gave POC attitude.

We stopped by with my Mother-in-law to take advantage of the $15 membership. We were told that it was "online only" When I informed them that we had signed up ourselves the night before. At least Sam's Club by our house the male employee said " I am the front end manager and we are not participating in that at this location" So we left.My mother-in-law decided that Costco would be a better fit for the family.

I made an order for 4 new tires, I scheduled the appointment and when I arrived they told me I didn't have an appointment. This appointment was made two weeks ago. I took time off work for this appointment! They had no cars and were not busy at all. Then they proceed to tell me I was required to have a Sam's card ? How else did they think I ordered and purchased the tires? They wouldn't look me up because I didn't have the physical card. I had the order number and receipt.Terrible customer service, I canceled the order and came to Tire Plus. With Tire Plus I didn't have an appointment but accommodated me right away. It's 4 mins down the road! And I was able to get an oil change at the same time. ? friendly staff!Please do better Sam's. Lost a paying customer and member today.

By far the BEST Sam’s I’ve used for tires. Easy to make an appointment over the phone now since it’s been outsourced, so I can actually talk to someone on the phone. I got my car back within one hour the last two times. One was even for installing 4 new tires.

Since I started investing, it has been smooth and no complain. But I still see people complaining that they have been scammed in one way or the other. I tried replacing the battery cores after purchasing new batteries. I called before I drove to the store at 5pm and they had told me that they were open until 7pm. When I arrived, I saw their sign said they were open until 6pm but didn't see anyone. After asking an associate nearby, I was told that they closed at 4pm because they are understaffed.

Been a customer for years I live in Ramsey takes an hour round trip was in the store 45 minutes probably 200/300$ pork ribs chicken packs pot pies pizza misc left my cart for maybe two minutes to grab a item forgot got back No cart around spoke to couple employees we don't touch carts Sent me to area fenced in area couldn't help then went back to Aisle some kid put all back I usually don't get upset. So I walked out just pissed off. Unless you can compensate store credit I will not give Sam's a terrible Google reviews see if you can keep a good customer Happy!!!

Terrible customer service! Has an issue at the pump. Was told it was my problem not the attendant’s (the pumps were down). Called and spoke to a manager and was cut off and all I was told was “I’m sorry you had a bad experience.”

Ok...so I'm a Costco carrying card member but came here with my Sam's Club-loving friend. Kinda (but not enough) like Costco. My issue is with the mostly automated checkout area. On the day we were there, they only had one real live cashier working. The rest of the checkouts were automated. Fine....we can do it, but how about those who can't/won't? Guess they are stuck in the real-live-person-cashier line. Then, when it's time to do the final walkout check, one of the two people scan a couple of items in your order & check it against the receipt. Fine...but we had 2 receipts because I paid for my stuff separately--and they did NOT catch it! I had to tell her to scan my receipt and my stuff in the top of the cart area.

people park in parking spots that are not for them like for curb side pickup they only have 2 people doing checkout when other people who work there stand around and do nothing the place looks ghetto on the inside with stuff just pretty much thrown around

Was in a situation with a allen wrench stuck in my tire. They were able to squeeze me in and repaired my tire right away. Everyone was so helpful and Travis fixed my tire in no time. Thanks to the Sam's tire team for making a stressful situation not so stressful

I've kept up a membership to Sam's Club for only one item - a coffee creamer I can't find anywhere else. BUT, they suddenly stopped carrying it in the store, and it's an "online only" item. Okay, so I ordered 8 cases (each "case" is 8 containers of creamer, and this is about a year's supply for my house) and a few days later FedEx delivered a big box with THREE cases, and the label indicated this was the complete order. I called in and reminded them that i'd paid for eight - "Oops!" and two days later the other five arrived. Fine, all taken care of! BUT THEN a couple days ago there was another of these great big heavy boxes drooling white powder waiting for me in the mail room. Damn! I called to let them know about the error, and their automated system told me my order would be delivered a week from that day. MORE? I finally got a human being and explained that I wanted them to come get their package and not send any more! "It will take us three to seven days to process that." Huh? They have the order number and they know it's a problem, what's left to process? But that effin' big box is still down in our mail room leaking coffee creamer and taking up way too much space, and it's embarrassing because my name is on it. I AM DONE WITH SAM'S CLUB, not least because I've been lied to so many times by their "help line" about when it would be picked up.

Tried for second time have this lazy ?“people” to help me with a simple issue of an air leak on one of the tires I bought here. “No luck,” they want me to unmount the tire myself, and take to the shop, and “if” they have time they said they will check it. I would give no stars, but I have to click or my review won’t be posted.???
