Just went to stop in quickly and look at furniture at 8:45pm. (They close at 9pm) The doors were locked. With the hours clearly posted, it was frustrating and disappointing to make the effort for nothing.

I dropped off donations here and the guy just seemed rude that I put everything into one big box instead of organizing it all for him. Would’ve been nice if he would’ve seemed thankful that I was donating items here instead of selling it or throwing it away.

It is not cheaper to shop at this thrift store for your family. A lot of the items you can find for brand new or maybe a dollar or a few more than what they have them priced here at salvation army. For the condition of most the items you will find they are not worth the high cost they ask for now. Very disappointed. With my family of seven I used to donate our clothes and upgrade as we needed because it was helpful for my family and then also helping others. I will not donate to this place anymore if they are going to charge people this much for my clothing or household items

The old ladies that work here are seriously foul. Miserable and it shows. Verbally abusive and rude. Today the one was cackling and mocking me and one other customer in the store on the intercom, lied about the time and said if we aren't at the checkout ten to nine we wouldn't be able to checkout. It was 9:20 and she said we had ten minutes until ten to nine. When I checked out the other woman was talking about her DUI. Raggedy

If there was a way to have zero contact with the rude employees here, I would rate the store 5 stars. I always come in and find little things that I actually use. The employees are by far the worst! Always rude, snarky and just unkept looking. I purchased 5 glass items. The woman ringing me nastily asked, verbatim “what should I do with these??” As if bagging/wrapping wasn’t an option. I’ve come in and seen two teen employees arguing about their relationship. An older lady yelling about closing the fitting room early.

This place is nothing but a Republican store. Less VHS tapes, mainly DVDs. The pair of flippers I bought was a bit expensive. This might be the last time I ever go to this thrift store. Too expensive, too Republican.

It was my first time visiting the store with my two young boys (2 and 4). We were shopping the toy isle when one of the workers, a crabby grey haired woman, said to my son: “is there a reason your playing with that toy? this is not a playground”Nobody can talk to my kids that way! Such an unpleasant interaction. Unbelievable, actually.

I have very scary very scary scary sometimes a Thomas Ave not to do it. I believe I believe that.

Rudest staff I’ve ever encountered. Yelled at me for not taking my cart down a narrow crowded part of the store when I was trying to be courteous. She should learn some awareness and tact. Prices are wildly all over the place, and the store is dirty and crowded.

Wouldn't trust their sign for their "͟P͟o͟s͟t͟e͟d͟ h͟o͟u͟r͟s͟"͟ apparently they lock their doors 15 minutes before they closed... guess the employees decided when they close for the night not the business??

Good values, decent selection, good staff, great mission supported. Store is usually well organized and pretty clean. Frequent colored tag sales @ up to 50 off. Realistic prices w/good weekly discounts in addition. Stock is significantly varied, mixed used with new items. Adequate parking. Shopping, food and gym adjacent.

Really, Salvation Army? I found this in amongst your other Christian books on 2-11-23. In a political climate that is increasingly antisemitic, you really think sending this book out to the sales floor is a good idea?I'm offended. I'm disgusted. I'm furious!Just who are you catering to?

Hard to find what you really want... Like most thrift stores it's a hit-or-miss ordeal. Salvation Army thrift stores are more expensive than others.
