We approached Thang, unsure if we'd move or not. “My mom suddenly needed to move to senior living and we needed to sell the house quick. From the time we hired Taylor to the time we needed to move out was a week. I was concerned about trying to sell the house with all the furniture out, so I asked Taylor if we could do an open house that weekend before the move out. Even with such short notice, he was able to muster the troops to get full open houses that Sat and Sun. That was all it took cause we got a couple full price offers. As I live 1500 miles away, I was a little concerned how this would all work, but Taylor and his team took care of all the details. The closing was smooth and the cash is in the bank.
