They even repalletized and wrapped the product better than how it was delivered to them. Vino was a gem and watched the shipment closely all the way through delivery at final destination in Thailand. They also have a self-service return counter that is awesome - you can just scan your QR code and print out the shipping label to attach to package and go...or if you have a label on it already, scan it and get your confirmation receipt and go. Piece of cake.”
