A minor incident happened while my dog was being groomed. I was called right away and the situation rectified to the best of their ability. Had I been a consumer with no customer service background I probably would have been less understanding and only thinking about my point of view and not theirs. I understand mistakes happen and as long as they are acknowledged and fixed, that’s good customer service to me. Thank you.

Staff is friendly and has good supplies for all animals the only thing bad is they wouldn't take my dog for her grooming appointment because of her medication but they never asked if she was on any

The store itself is horrible. The trainers are so young and have no idea how to train. Staffing is not helpful or knowledgeable on product. The manager is unreasonable dealing with any and all issues. The Vetco at this location is amazing. I would recommend it in a heartbeat!
I would never recommend this Petco location to anyone!!

We have tried to bring our dogs in for nail trims at 5 pm twice now and there were no groomers. I have called to make an appointment and depending on who answers the phone I am tild I can't make an appointment because nail trims are a walkin service. How can I walkin if the groomers leave early????

This is the first time I went to this Petco. It is quite something to look at. It's very nice looking, but be aware, from the outside it is a little misleading because it looks like it's just a Vet Petco. I was saved by the shopping carts and the cart corral by the door. Good clue. ?? So I knew I could go shopping inside, and not just get Pet Health care.

AVOID this place at all COSTS! placed an order … came in and not ready yet… 4 women in the front with no one waiting at the registers… 2 men in the back scratching their head! No one asking if anyone needs help!? Just horrible customer service! I ended up going to go and search my items! I picked up my own items even though I requested store pickup ! Waste of labor money! Kirsten stood there not helping out!! But she hopes to be the manager some day! Gosh- this place will be worse! Avoid this place! Just a headache

Took our cat there for 1st time vet and it was fantastic! Our 1st visit was free cause they have a coupon online. She got her shots and some medicine and it didn't cost an arm and a leg. It was Very affordable. Even if we didn't have the coupon it was very inexpensive! Highly recommend

I stopped in to pick up food for our dog. It was out on the shelf and I asked one girl for assistance. She apologized for being new and not knowing where to look. But she found me another girl to help who was able to find exactly what I needed. Both of them were excellent! I really appreciate having how much the staff cares about each customer's pets.
